Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.神経系疾患の治療または/および予防のための、または/および神経系の老 化によって引き起こされる神経病理学的状態の治療のための、生物学的に活性な MP52または/およびMP121の使用。 2.眼疾患、特に網膜のニューロン層、角膜および視神経の疾患、または/およ び他の脳神経の疾患の治療または予防のための、請求項1に記載の使用。 3.生物学的に活性なMP52として以下のものを用いる、請求項1または2に 記載の使用: (a)配列番号1に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分および場合によりさらなる 機能性部分; (b)本質的に同一の活性を有する、上記成熟タンパク質の部分; (c)本質的に同一の活性を有する、修飾されたN末端を有する成熟タンパク 質; (d)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために異なるアミノ酸配列を有する が、本質的に同一の活性を保持する成熟タンパク質またはその部分。 4.生物学的に活性なMP121として以下のものを用いる、請求項1または2 に記載の使用: (a)配列番号3または4に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分および場合により さらなる機能性部分; (b)本質的に同一の活性を有する、上記成熟タンパク質の部分; (c)本質的に同一の活性を有する、修飾されたN末端を有する成熟タンパク 質; (d)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために異なるアミノ酸配列を有する が、本質的に同一の活性を保持する成熟タンパク質またはその部分。 5.生物学的に活性なMP52若しくはMP121またはそれらの部分、および シスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来の別なタ ンパク質またはその部分からなる融合タンパク質を用いる、請求項1〜4のいず れか1項に記載の使用。 6.生物学的に活性なMP52またはMP121として、生物学的に活性なMP 52またはMP121、およびシスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のス ーパーファミリー由来の別なタンパク質の単量体からなるヘテロ二量体を用いる 、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 7.天然に存在するガングリオシド、またはその誘導体、塩若しくは人工的類似 体をさらに投与する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 8.シスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来のタ ンパク質をさらに投与する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 9.シスチンノットモチーフを有するスーパーファミリー由来のタンパク質がT GF−βスーパーファミリー、NGF/ニューロトロフィンファミリーまたはP DGFファミリー由来のタンパク質である、請求項5、6または8のいずれか1 項に記載の使用。 10.前記タンパク質がTGF−β、BMP、アクチビン、GDNF、NGF、B DNF、NT3またはNT4/5タンパク質である、請求項9に記載の使用。 11.FGF、EGFまたはグリア増殖因子等の増殖因子をさらに投与する、請求 項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 12.投与が脳内に、経口的に、注射により、吸入により、または局所外用塗布と して実施される、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 13.神経系疾患の治療または/および予防のための、または/および神経系の老 化によって引き起こされる神経病理学的状態の治療のための薬剤の製造のための 、生物学的に活性なMP52または/およびMP121の使用。 14.眼疾患、特に網膜のニューロン層、角膜および視神経の疾患、または/およ び他の脳神経の疾患の治療または予防のための薬剤の製造のための、請求項13に 記載の使用。 15.生物学的に活性なMP52として以下のものを用いる、請求項13または14に 記載の使用: (a)配列番号1に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分および場合によりさらなる 機能性部分; (b)本質的に同一の活性を有する、上記成熟タンパク質の部分; (c)本質的に同一の活性を有する、修飾されたN末端を有する成熟タンパク 質; (d)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために異なるアミノ酸配列を有する が、本質的に同一の活性を保持する成熟タンパク質またはその部分。 16.生物学的に活性なMP121として以下のものを用いる、請求項13または14 に記載の使用: (a)配列番号3または4に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分および場合により さらなる機能性部分; (b)本質的に同一の活性を有する、上記成熟タンパク質の部分; (c)本質的に同一の活性を有する、修飾されたN末端を有する成熟タンパク 質; (d)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために異なるアミノ酸配列を有する が、本質的に同一の活性を保持する成熟タンパク質またはその部分。 17.生物学的に活性なMP52若しくはMP121またはそれらの部分、および シスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来の別なタ ンパク質またはその部分からなる融合タンパク質を用いる、請求項13〜16のいず れか1項に記載の使用。 18.生物学的に活性なMP52またはMP121として、生物学的に活性なMP 52またはMP121、およびシスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のス ーパーファミリー由来の別なタンパク質の単量体からなるヘテロ二量体を用いる 、請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 19.天然に存在するガングリオシド、またはその誘導体、塩若しくは人工的類似 体をさらに添加する、請求項13〜18のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 20.シスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来のタ ンパク質をさらに添加する、請求項13〜19のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 21.シスチンノットモチーフを有するスーパーファミリー由来のタンパク質がT GF−βスーパーファミリー、NGF/ニューロトロフィンファミリーまたはP DGFファミリー由来のタンパク質である、請求項17、18または20のいずれか1 項に記載の使用。 22.前記タンパク質がTGF−β、BMP、アクチビン、GDNF、NGF、B DNF、NT3またはNT4/5タンパク質である、請求項21に記載の使用。 23.FGF、EGFまたはグリア増殖因子等の増殖因子をさらに投与する、請求 項13〜22のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 24.投与が脳内に、経口的に、注射により、吸入により、または局所外用塗布と して実施される、請求項13〜23のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 25.配列番号1に示すMP52の配列の成熟部分の少なくとも一部、およびシス チンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来の別なタンパ ク質の少なくとも一部を含む融合タンパク質。 26.以下のものを含む、請求項25に記載の融合タンパク質: (a)配列番号1由来の完全な成熟タンパク質部分および場合により配列番号 1に示すタンパク質配列のさらなる機能性部分; (b)配列番号1に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分であるが、好ましくはメチ オニンが正面に位置する修飾されたN末端を有するもの;または (c)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために相違を有するが、本質的に同 一の活性を保持する、配列番号1に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分またはその一 部。 27.単量体として配列番号1に示す成熟MP52タンパク質の配列の少なくとも 一部、および第2の単量体としてシスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質の スーパーファミリー由来の別なタンパク質を含むヘテロ二量体タンパク質。 28.以下のものを含む、請求項27に記載のヘテロ二量体タンパク質: (a)配列番号1由来の完全な成熟タンパク質部分および場合により配列番号 1に示すタンパク質配列のさらなる機能性部分; (b)配列番号1に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分であるが、好ましくはメチ オニンが正面に位置する修飾されたN末端を有するもの;または (c)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために相違を有するが、本質的に同 一の活性を保持する、配列番号1に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分またはその一 部。 29.有効成分として生物学的に活性なMP52または/およびMP121を含有 する、神経系疾患の治療または/および予防のための、または/および神経系の 老化によって引き起こされる神経病理学的状態の治療のための薬剤。 30.眼疾患、特に網膜のニューロン層、角膜および視神経の疾患、または/およ び他の脳神経の疾患の治療または予防のための、請求項29に記載の薬剤。 31.生物学的に活性なMP52として以下のものを含む、請求項29または30に記 載の薬剤: (a)配列番号1に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分および場合によりさらなる 機能性部分; (b)本質的に同一の活性を有する、上記成熟タンパク質の部分; (c)本質的に同一の活性を有する、修飾されたN末端を有する成熟タンパク 質; (d)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために異なるアミノ酸配列を有する が、本質的に同一の活性を保持する成熟タンパク質またはその部分。 32.生物学的に活性なMP121として以下のものを含む、請求項29または30に 記載の薬剤: (a)配列番号3または4に示すタンパク質配列の成熟部分および場合により さらなる機能性部分; (b)本質的に同一の活性を有する、上記成熟タンパク質の部分; (c)本質的に同一の活性を有する、修飾されたN末端を有する成熟タンパク 質; (d)他の脊椎動物に由来するその起源のために異なるアミノ酸配列を有する が、本質的に同一の活性を保持する成熟タンパク質またはその部分。 33.生物学的に活性なMP52またはMP121またはそれらの部分、およびシ スチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来の別なタン パク質またはその部分からなる融合タンパク質を含む、請求項29〜32のいずれか 1項に記載の薬剤。 34.生物学的に活性なMP52またはMP121、およびシスチンノットモチー フを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来の別なタンパク質の単量体から なるヘテロ二量体を含む、請求項29〜32のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤。 35.天然に存在するガングリオシド、またはその誘導体、塩若しくは人工的類似 体をさらに含む、請求項29〜34のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤。 36.場合により適切な担体物質、補助剤、希釈剤または賦形剤が添加されている 、請求項29〜35のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤。 37.シスチンノットモチーフを有するタンパク質のスーパーファミリー由来のタ ンパク質をさらに含む、請求項29〜36のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤。 38.シスチンノットモチーフを有するスーパーファミリー由来のタンパク質がT GF−βスーパーファミリー、NGF/ニューロトロフィンファミリーまたはP DGFファミリー由来のタンパク質である、請求項33、34または37のいずれか1 項に記載の薬剤。 39.前記タンパク質がTGF−β、BMP、アクチビン、GDNF、NGF、B DNF、NT3またはNT4/5タンパク質である、請求項38に記載の薬剤。 40.FGF、EGFまたはグリア増殖因子等の増殖因子をさらに含む、請求項29 〜39のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤。 41.脳内投与、経口投与、局所外用塗布、または注射若しくは吸入による投与の ために製剤される、請求項29〜39のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤。
