Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.燃料流を制御するための電磁弁(24)を有する燃料噴射装置であって、弁 部材(23)が設けられていて、該弁部材(23)が、電磁弁の電磁石(29) の可動子(33)によって操作されるようになっており、該可動子(33)が、 電磁石の電磁石コイル(26)の磁心(27,28,18)と共働し、かつ少な くともその1つの位置において、電磁石(29)における緩衝室(40)を閉鎖 するようになっていて、該緩衝室(40)が緩衝絞り(39)を介して放圧室( 41)と常に接続されている形式のものにおいて、可動子(33)が円筒形に形 成されており、しかも、電磁石の磁心(27)に設けられていて緩衝室(40) を受容する円筒形の切欠き(30)内に、プランジャ形可動子として常に進入し ていることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 2.切欠き(30)が、電磁石(29)の、電磁石コイル(26)を軸方向で貫 いて延びる中央の磁心(27)において、同軸的な貫通通路として形成されてお り、絞り(39)が挿入部材(38)に形成されていて、該挿入部材(38)が 、切欠き(30)を放圧室(41)に向かって閉鎖している、請求項1記載の燃 料噴射装置。 3.挿入部材(38)がポット形に形成されていて、切欠き(30,37)内に プレス嵌めされている、請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置。 4.可動子(33)が、電磁弁(24)の弁部材(23)のヘッド(34)に配 置されており、該ヘッド(34)と、弁部材の、案内孔(16)内において密に 案内される部分との間に、直径を減じられたスロート(22)が設けられており 、該スロート(22)が、電磁石(29)の磁気回路内に位置するプレート(1 8)に設けられた開口(20)を貫いて案内されていて、該プレート(18)が 、弁部材(23)の大径のヘッド(34)を貫通案内するために開口 を有しており、該開口が、組み立てられた状態においてスロート(22)によっ て貫通される領域のそばに、鍵穴状の拡大された部分を有していて、しかも、ば ねによって負荷される弁部材(23)のためのストッパとして働く、請求項2又 は3記載の燃料噴射装置。 5.電磁弁(24)の電磁石(29)が、燃料噴射装置において位置固定的に配 置されており、プレート(18)が、燃料噴射装置の回転駆動される分配体(7 )の一方の端面(10)に固定されていて、しかも小さな空隙をもって半径方向 において、電磁石の磁心の周壁部分(28)に隣接しており、さらに弁部材(2 3)が、分配体(7)に設けられていて該分配体の軸線に対して同軸的に位置す る案内孔(16)内に進入している、請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。 6.電磁石(29)が、緩衝液として作用する燃料によって貫流されるようにな っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射装置。
