Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カテーテルを固定するためのバルーンであって、 膜厚がtであり、内部に加えられる最小作動圧Pによって、膨張していない直 径Ddeflか膨張した直径Dinflまで膨張する、ほぼ中空の圧力膨張可能なエラス トマー本体を備え、該エラストマー本体が、 Esec =σ(εinfl)/εinfl 割線モジュラスEsecを有し、ここで、σ(εinfl)は、εinflの関数として、 エラストマーの名目の単軸張力であり、 εinfl=Dinfl/Ddefl であり、且つ、 前記バルーンは、前記エラストマーに付けられた実質的に非従順な膨張可能な 拘束構造部材を備え、該拘束構造部材は、前記本体が最大直径Dinf1まで膨張す るのを防止し、前記本体をDinf1未満の直径まで膨張させるのに必要な前記最小 作動圧Pが、等式 J=(P・Ddefl)/(2Esec・t)≧1 で規定されるバルーン。 2.ASTM D412−87に従って測定したとき、500%伸びで、Esec が約7MPaである請求の範囲第1項のバルーン。 3.前記拘束構造部材が、約10%未満の破断伸びと約1GPaより大きい引っ 張り強度を有する繊維で形成されている請求の範囲第1項のバルーン。 4.前記拘束構造部材が、繊維の単一層を備えている請求の範囲第3項のバルー ン。 5.前記拘束構造部材が、前記繊維の単一層が組まれている請求の範囲第4項の 6.前記拘束構造部材が、前記エラストマー内にもたらされる捩れモーメントと 釣り合うように位置決めされた、複数の螺旋状に渦巻く層を備えている請求の範 囲第3項のバルーン。 7.前記拘束構造部材が、螺旋状に延びる内側層、外側層、および、中間層を備 え、 前記内側層および外側層の巻き方向が、前記中間層の巻き方向とは、反対方向 であり、前記中間層の厚さが、前記内側層および前記外側層の厚さの2倍である 請求の範囲第6項のバルーン。 8.前記螺旋状に渦巻く層が、前記層の間の仮想中間面に対して、対称に配置さ れている請求の範囲第3項のバルーン。 9.前記拘束構造部材が、螺旋状に延びる内側層および外側層と、螺旋状に延び る2つの中間層を備え、 前記内側層および外側層が、一の方向に巻かれ、前記中間層が反対方向に巻か れている請求の範囲第8項のバルーン。 10.前記繊維が、前記エラストマー本体の剛性より数倍大きな剛性を有してい る請求の範囲第1項のバルーン。
