Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つのカーカス補強材を有するタイヤであって、最大円周方向長 さがLである少なくとも1つの付加的な補強プライ(1)を更に備え、該補強プ ライが、互いに実質的に円周方向に平行に配列され、それらの向きと直交する方 向に互いに間隙(p、P)によって間隔を隔てて列をなす0.1L〜0.5Lの 長さの金属ワイヤ又はケーブルの断片(20)によって少なくとも構成されてい るタイヤにおいて、 合成材料の繊維コード又はケーブル(3)が、2つの間隙のうちの少なくと も1つの間隙に設けられ、列の長さ全体にわたって連続していることを特徴とす るタイヤ。 2.付加的な補強プライ(1)が、円周方向のクラウン補強ケーブルを有するプ ライであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のタイヤ。 3.使用される繊維コード又はケーブル(3)が、プライの金属ケーブルの直径 のせいぜい0.2倍に等しい小さな直径のコード又はケーブルであることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載のタイヤ。 4.使用される繊維コード又はケーブル(3)の破断荷重が、タイヤの非加硫素 材において素材の造形に用いられる反り圧力の作用の下でコード又はケーブルが 受ける引張力に少なくとも等しく、せいぜい前記引張力の5倍であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第3項に記載のタイヤ。 5.円周方向の金属ケーブルの断片の列によって構成されるタイヤの補強プライ を製造するための方法において、 ゴム混合物(5)を被覆した不連続な金属ケーブル(20)のせいぜい5列 の隣接した列(2)と、各列の間に設けられ、寸法決めされ、連続した繊維コー ド又はケーブル(3)とによって構成されるストリップ(10)を製造し、 次いで、前記ストリップ(10)を、ストリップの幅の2倍に実質的に等し い幅を有する挿入された非粘着シート上に配置し、このように形成された複合体 を巻付けリールに巻付け、 次いで、円筒形ドラム即ちタイヤのカーカス及びクラウン補強材の素材とな る形態に螺旋状に巻付けるために、ストリップを解くことを特徴とする方法。 6.請求の範囲第5項に記載した方法によって得られる補強プライ(1)をクラ ウン補強材内に備えたタイヤにおいて、 前記プライが、被覆された金属ワイヤ又はケーブルの断片(20)の2つの 列(2)と、前記2つの列(2)の間に設けられ、連続し、寸法決めされた繊維 コード(3)とによって構成されたストリップ(10)で構成されており、該ス トリップ(10)が、断片(20)の2つの列(2)の間のピッチpよりも大き なピッチPで螺旋状に巻付けられていることを特徴とするタイヤ。
