Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.蒸発可能な酸化過敏性化合物を含有する液体を、蒸発のために加熱された固 体表面と接触させることにより、蒸発器中でこの液体を蒸発させる方法において 、生じる蒸気相と加熱された固体表面との直接の接触を実質的に回避させること を特徴とする、蒸発器中で蒸発可能な酸化過敏性化合物を含有する液体を蒸発さ せる方法。 2.蒸発可能な酸化過敏性化合物を含有する液体を、蒸発のために加熱された固 体表面と接触させることにより、蒸発器中でこの液体を蒸発させる方法において 、本質的に加熱された全固体表面をこの液体で完全に湿潤させることを特徴とす る、蒸発器中で蒸発可能な酸化過敏性化合物を含有する液体を蒸発させる方法。 3.蒸発可能な酸化過敏性化合物がグリコール、好ましくはエチレングリコール であり、かつ液体が水を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の 方法。 4.本質的に加熱された全固体表面を、蒸発器に供給される液体流の調節および 蒸発器の入口での液体の均一分布によって、好ましくは有孔箱型分配器を用いて 液体と接触させることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 5.高純度の蒸発可能酸化過敏性化合物を製造する方法において、請求項1から 4までのいずれか1項に記載の蒸発工程を有することを特徴とする、高純度の蒸 発可能酸化過敏性化合物を製造する方法。 6.加熱可能な固体表面(16)と、この固体表面を加熱する装置(2,3)と 、蒸発可能な化合物を含有する液体を加熱可能な固体表面に供給する装置(10 )とからなる蒸発器において、この液体を供給する装置は、生じる蒸気相と加熱 可能な固体表面との直接接触が実質的に回避される形式(12,14,18)で 蒸発器中に設計されかつ配置されていることを特徴とする、蒸発器。 7.加熱可能な固体表面(16)と、この固体表面を加熱する装置(2,3)と 、蒸発可能な化合物を含有する液体を加熱可能な固体表面に供給する装置 (10)とからなる蒸発器において、この液体を供給する装置は、本質的に加熱 可能な全固体表面が操作中に液体と接触しているように(12,14,18)蒸 発器中に設計されかつ配置されていることを特徴とする、蒸発器。 8.加熱可能な固体表面(16)が耐食性の鋼から構成されていることを特徴と する、請求項6または7に記載の蒸発器。 9.蒸発可能な化合物を含有する液体を供給する装置が連続的に接続された1個 またはそれ以上の有孔箱型分配器(12,14)を備えていることを特徴とする 、請求項6から8までのいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器。 10.精留塔(K1)の底部蒸発器としての請求項6から9までのいずれか1項 に記載の蒸発器の使用。
