Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ソフトクレープティシューペーパーにおいて、下記成分、 a) 製紙用繊維、及び b) 下記のものを含むクレープ促進組成物; i) 製紙用繊維の乾燥重量をベースとして、結合禁止剤0.02〜1.0 重量%であって、前記結合禁止剤が好ましくは第四アンモニウム化合物であるも の; ii) 製紙用繊維の乾燥重量をベースとして、水溶性カルボキシメチルセ ルロース0.02〜0.5重量%であって、このカルボキシメチルセルロースの 分子量が好ましくは90,000〜700,000、置換度が0.3〜1.4で あるもの;及び iii) 製紙用繊維の乾燥重量をベースとして、カチオン澱粉0.05〜 3.0重量%であって、このカチオン澱粉の置換度が好ましくは0.01〜0. 1であるもの、 を含むことを特徴とするソフトクレープティシューペーパー。 2. 前記結合禁止剤が、カルボキシメチルセルロースに対して重量比1:5〜 5:1、好ましくは1:2〜2:1で存在する請求項1に記載のティシューペー パー。 3. 前記製紙用繊維が、広葉樹繊維と針葉樹繊維とのブレンドを含み、前記広 葉樹繊維が前記製紙用繊維の少なくとも50%、及び前記針葉樹繊維が前記製紙 用繊維の少なくとも10%含まれ、針葉樹繊維が好ましくは北部針葉樹クラフト 繊維から成り、広葉樹繊維が好ましくはユーカリ樹クラフト繊維から成る請求項 1又は2に記載のティシューペーパー。 4. 前記ティシューペーパーが、少なくとも2層の積層、すなわち内側層及び 前記内側層と接した少なくとも1つの外側層から成り、好ましくは前記ティシュ ーペーパーは3層の積層、すなわち内側層及び2つの外側層から成り、前記内側 層が前記2つの外側層の間に配置される請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1つに記載 のティシューペーパー。 5. 前記内側層は、平均長さが少なくとも2.0mmより大きい針葉樹繊維か ら成り、前記外側層は、平均長さが1.0mmより小さい広葉樹繊維から成る請 求項4に記載のティシューペーパー。 6. 前記クレープ促進組成物が、前記外側層の少なくとも1つに含まれ、好ま しくはクレープ促進組成物が前記外側層の両方に含まれる請求項4又は5に記載 のティシューペーパー。 7. 前記クレープティシューペーパーが、パターン緻密ペーパーである請求項 1〜6のうちいずれか1つに記載のティシューペーパー。 8. 前記第四アンモニウム化合物は、式: (R1)4-m−N+−[R2]mX- ここで、mは1〜3であり; 各R1は、C1〜C8のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、ヒドロカルビル又 は置換ヒドロカルビル基、アルコキシル化基、ベンジル基、又はこれらの混合物 、好ましくはC1〜C3アルキル基、最も好ましくはメチル基であり; 各R2は、C9〜C41のアルキル基、ヒドロキシアルキル基、ヒドロカルビル又 は置換ヒドロカルビル基、アルコキシル化基、ベンジル基、又はこれらの混合物 、好ましくはC16〜C18アルキル基であり; X-は任意の軟化剤相溶性アニオン、好ましくはクロライド又はメチルスルフ ェートであるもの、 で表わされる請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1つに記載のティシューペーパー。 9. 前記第四アンモニウム化合物が、ジ(水素化)牛脂ジメチルアンモニウム クロライド又はジ(水素化)牛脂ジメチルアンモニウムメチルスルフェートであ る請求項8に記載のティシューペーパー。 10. 前記R2置換基が、植物油源から誘導されるものである請求項8に記載 のティシューペーパー。
