Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 生物細胞、又は、分析物(2)内に含まれている化学的又は生命活動物質 (3)の生理学的パラメータを、少なくとも1つの電気的又は電子的センサ(4 )を用いて測定又は検査するための測定装置であって、前記電気的又は電子的セ ンサ(4)は、評価装置と接続することができる測定出力側を有しており、その 際、前記センサ(4)は、少なくとも1つの、基板(5)上に設けられた電気的 又は電子的な測定構造体(6)を有している測定装置において、 測定構造体(6)は、レセプタ細胞(7)及び/又はターゲット細胞と直接結 合されており、該レセプタ細胞及び/又はターゲット細胞は、機能特有の、付着 性又は付着されるものであって、生物センサ(弁別器)として使用され、前記測 定構造体(6)は、前記レセプタ細胞(7)及び/又はターゲット細胞と共にセ ンサを形成し、前記レセプタ細胞(7)及び/又はターゲット細胞は、前記セン サの内在成分であり、前記レセプタ細胞(7)と前記測定構造体(5)との間に 、微多孔性の構造化された中間層(13)が設けられており、該中間層は、前記 ターゲット及び/又はレセプタ細胞を隣接体として受容し、被検分析物(2)は 、前記レセプタ細胞(7) 及び/又はターゲット細胞と、該細胞の、前記測定構造体とは反対側で測定のた めに結合することができることにあることを特徴とする測定装置。 2. 共通基板(5)上に、複数のセンサが、測定構造体(6)と共に、例えば 、センサアレイ(22)として配設されている請求の範囲第1項記載の測定装置 。 3. 共通基板(5)上に、複数センサ(4)が、同一測定構造体(6)と共に 、例えば、センサアレイ(22)として配設されている請求の範囲第2項記載の 測定装置。 4. 共通基板(5)上に、複数センサ(4)が、種々異なる測定構造体(6) と共に、例えば、センサアレイ(22)として配設されている請求の範囲第2項 又は第3項記載の測定装置。 5. 共通基板(5)上に、細胞に付着した複数の測定構造体(6)と細胞に付 着されていない付加的な測定構造体とが設けられている請求の範囲第2項〜第4 項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。 6. 共通基板(5)上に配設されたセンサ(4)の測定出力側は、例えば、前 記基板(5)上に集積化されて配設された制御及び評価装置と接続されている請 求の範囲第1項〜第5項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。 7. 基板(5)上に、センサアレイ(22)と共に 、制御及び評価装置として、マルチプレクサ(23)、センサ制御部を有するA D/DA変換器(24)、マイクロプロセッサ(26)並びに10ユニット(2 5)が配設されている請求の範囲第6項記載の測定装置。 8. 測定構造体(6)を有する基板(5)上に、測定領域内又はこの測定領域 に隣接して、少なくとも1つの、レセプタ又はターゲット細胞用の刺激電極及び /又は基準電極が配設されている請求の範囲第1項〜第7項迄の何れか1項記載 の測定装置。 9. 基板(5)が半導体基板であり、測定構造体として、少なくとも1つの電 界効果トランジスタ、例えば、ISFET(11)が設けられており、そのゲー ト(12)がレセプタ又はターゲット細胞と接触するために開けられている請求 の範囲第1項〜第8項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。 10. 測定構造体(6)として、少なくとも1つのインターディジタルコンデ ンサ(9)が設けられており、このインターディジタルコンデンサは、有利には 、相互に嵌合し合った対状の電極(10)を有している請求の範囲第1項〜第9 項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。 11. 複数の、有利には種々異なる大きさのインターディジタルコンデンサ( 9)が設けられている請求の範囲第10項記載の測定装置。 12. インターディジタルコンデンサ(9)の電極(10)の少なくとも1つ の絶縁された中間空間内に、電気化学的感度層が設けられている請求の範囲第1 項又は第10記載の測定装置。 13. インターディジタルコンデンサ(9)の電極(10)間に光導体が設け られており、それぞれの光導体を通過する光の記録及び証明のために、光検出器 が基板(5)内に配設されている請求の範囲第10項〜第12項迄の何れか1項 記載の測定装置。 14. 基板(5)内に、CCD−センサが、例えば、CCD−列又はCCD− アレイの形式で集積化されている請求の範囲第1項〜第13項迄の何れか1項記 載の測定装置。 15. 測定構造体(6)を有する基板(5)上に、測定のために設けられてい る基板領域の外側に、少なくとも1つの基準素子(20)を測定構造体(6)と 同一又は類似の構造で配設し、例えば、電界効果トランジスタの場合、測定構造 体として、ゲート付の電界効果トランジスタが設けられている請求の範囲第1項 〜第14項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。 16. 測定構造体(6)を有する基板(5)上に、少なくとも1つの温度測定 センサ(21)、例えば、温度測定ダイオードが配設されている請求の範囲第1 項〜第15項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。 17. レセプタ細胞(7)は、ゲル構造体(15)内に配設されているか、又 は、これによって覆われている請求の範囲第1項〜第16項迄の何れか1項記載 の測定装置。 18. 電気又は電子測定構造体(6)は、検査すべき媒体用の収容容器の壁( 16)の部分である請求の範囲第1項〜第17項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置 。 19. 測定構造体(6)は、収容容器(17)の底に設けられており、側壁は 、測定構造体(6)の測定領域を囲む被覆を形成することによって、側方の境界 部として構成されている請求の範囲第18項記載の測定装置。 20. 複数の測定構造体(6)が有利には並列して配設されている請求の範囲 第1項〜第19項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。 21. 電気制御箇所及び/又は構造体化された中間層(13)が、種々異なる 特性の少なくとも2つの測定構造体(6)を有している請求の範囲第1項〜第2 0項迄の何れか1項記載の測定装置。
