Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエン1モルあたり1.5×10-4〜2.5×1 0-4モルのメルカプタンまたは二硫化キサントゲン変性剤の存在下、温度5℃〜 20℃で、遊離基乳化重合により70〜95%まで転化させて調製された、5〜 70重量%のゲル含有量を持つメルカプタン変性または二硫化キサントゲン変性 結晶性2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーを含むことを特徴とするエ ラストマー組成物。 2.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーのゲル含有量は、15〜35 重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.乳化重合の温度は、10℃〜15℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の組成物。 4.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンのホモポリマーは、ドデシルメルカプタン 変性2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーであることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の組成物。 5.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンのホモポリマーは、ジイソプロピル二硫化 キサントゲン変性2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーであることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 6.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーは、80〜85%の単量体転 化による乳化重合によって調製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物 。 7.水性ラテックス接着剤組成物であって、該組成物が、 a)5〜70重量%のゲル含有量を持つメルカプタン変性または二硫化キ サントゲン変性2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンの結晶性ホモポリマーと b)100重量部のa)あたり1から75重量部のロジンと c)成分a)の重量に基づく25〜65重量%の固体含有量を持つ組成物 を提供するに十分な量の水と、 を含むことを特徴とし、前記メルカプタン変性または二硫化キサントゲン変性2 −クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーが、温度5℃〜20℃で、2−クロ ロ−1,3−ブタジエンの遊離基乳化重合により70〜95%まで転化させて調 製され、および重合中に存在するメルカプタンまたは二硫化キサントゲン変性剤 の量が、2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエン1モルあたり1.5×10-4〜2.5 ×10-4モルの範囲内であるという条件下における水性ラテックス接着剤組成物 。 8.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーのゲル含有量は、15〜35 重量%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。 9.乳化重合の温度は、10℃〜15℃であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載 の組成物。 10.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンのホモポリマーは、ドデシルメルカプタ ン変性2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーであることを特徴とする請 求項7に記載の組成物。 11.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンのホモポリマーは、ジイソプロピル二硫 化キサントゲン変性2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーであることを 特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。 12.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマーは、80〜85%の単量体 転化による乳化重合によって調製されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成 物。 13.固体含有量は、成分a)の重量に基づく30〜50重量%であることを特 徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。 14.成分b)の量は、成分a)の100重量部あたり10〜60重量部である ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。 15.成分b)の量は、成分a)の100重量部あたり20〜40重量部である ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。 16.2−クロロ−1,3−ブタジエンホモポリマー100重量部あたり5重量 部までの酸化防止剤を付加的に含有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成 物。 17.酸化亜鉛を付加的に含有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。
