Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸素供給物質との混合物中の起爆物質を有する鉛およびバリウム不含の点火 用組成物において、起爆物質がジニトロベンゾフロキサンのアルカリ金属塩およ び/またはアルカリ土類金属塩から選択され、酸素供給物質が金属過酸化物、ア ンモニウム、グアニジン、アミノグアニジン、トリアミノグアニジン、ジシアノ ジアミジン並びに元素のナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、セ リウムの硝酸塩および/または多価金属酸化物から選択されていることを特徴と する、鉛およびバリウム不含の点火用組成物。 2.全混合物に対して5〜70重量%、殊に30〜60重量%の起爆物質含量を 有する、請求項1に記載の点火用組成物。 3.全混合物に対して5〜70重量%、殊に8〜60重量%の酸素供給物質含量 を有する、請求項1に記載の点火用組成物。 4.金属過酸化物が過酸化亜鉛である、請求項1に記載の点火用組成物。 5.金属酸化物が二酸化セリウム、三酸化タングステンおよび/または二酸化錫 から選択されている、請求項1に記載の点火用組成物。 6.更に増感剤、還元剤、摩擦剤、二次爆薬および/ または不活性物質を含有している、請求項1に記載の点火用組成物。 7.増感剤としてのテトラゼンを、殊に全混合物に対して0〜30重量%の含量 で含有している、請求項6に記載の点火用組成物。 8.還元剤が、殊に全混合物に対して0〜20重量%の含量で、炭素、金属粉末 、殊に硼素、アルミニウム、セリウム、チタン、ジルコン、マグネシウムおよび /または珪素の金属粉末、金属合金、殊にセリウム−マグネシウム、セリウム− 珪素、チタン−アルミニウム、アルミニウム−マグネシウム、カルシウムシリサ イドおよび金属硫化物、殊に硫化アンチモンおよび/または硫化モリブデン並び に金属水素化物、例えば水素化チタンから選択されている、請求項6に記載の点 火用組成物。 9.摩擦剤としてのガラス粉末を、殊に全混合物に対して0〜45重量%の含量 で含有している、請求項6に記載の点火用組成物。 10.二次爆薬が、殊に全混合物に対して0〜30重量%の含量で、ヘキソーゲ ン、オクトーゲンおよび硝化された芳香族化合物のアミノ化合物から選択されて いる、請求項6に記載の点火用組成物。 11.不活性物質が、殊に全混合物に対して0〜20重量%の含量で、結合剤、 接着剤、染料、不動態化剤および/または匂い特性決定のための薬品から選 択されている、請求項6に記載の点火用組成物。 12.匂い特性決定のための薬品がワニリンである、請求項11に記載の点火用 組成物。
