Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt Munition, die mindestens eine Leitsubstanz enthält, die nach dem Schuß typische Erkennungsmerkmale mit leichter Detektierbarkeit und hoher Wiederfindungsrate entwickelt.
- Bei der Untersuchung von Schußspuren, insbesondere bei der Schußentfernungsbestimmung an Kleidungsstücken, Glasscheiben, Autokarosserien u. a. wird das sogenannte Folienabdruckverfahren in Verbindung mit einer energiedispersiven Röntgenmikroanalyse oder eine Emissionsspektralanalyse angewandt. Zum Nachweis des Schmauchelements Blei an Hautteilen wird bei der Schußentfernungsbestimmung die Röntgenfluoreszenzanalyse eingesetzt.
- Bei dem Folienabdruckverfahren wird eine in Essigsäure getränkte Cellophanfolie unter hohem Druck auf das zu untersuchende Objekt gepreßt. Während der Abdruckzeit diffundieren Schmauchelemente (Blei, Antimon u. a.) vom Schmauchträger in die Cellophanfolie. Entwickelt man die Folie nach dem Abdruck in einem Natriumsulfid- oder Kalium-bichromat-Bad, so erhält man ein sichtbares Verteilungsbild der Schmauchelemente.
- Bei der Röntgenfluoreszenzanalyse wird die zu untersuchende Probe mit einer energiereichen Röntgenstrahlung bestrahlt. Hierbei werden die Atome der Probe angeregt und senden ihrerseits Röntgenstrahlung aus, die für die betreffende Atomsorte charakteristisch ist. Anhand der charakteristischen Röntgenstrahlung der Atome eines bestimmten Elementes kann festgestellt werden, ob dieses Element in der Probe enthalten ist (z. B. das Schmauchelement Blei an einem Hautteil).
- Dieses Verfahren diente bisher für Untersuchungen von Schußspuren aus Munition mit Anzündsätzen, die Blei-, Barium- und Antimonverbindungen enthalten (SINOXID®-Anzündsätze), auf die das zuvor beschriebene Verfahren abgestimmt war. Insbesondere die leichte Wiederauffindung des Elementes Blei gab dem Verfahren eine hohe Sicherheit.
- Dies gilt für die Bestimmung von Schußspuren nach Waffengebrauch bei Straftaten, Unfällen oder Notwehr sowohl beim Schützen als auch beim Opfer.
- Im Zuge der Forderungen zur Verringerung von Umweltbelastungen mit toxischen Stoffen wurde insbesondere auch ein Ersatz der Bleiverbindungen in Anzündsätzen angestrebt:
- Um diese Forderungen zu erfüllen, wurden von der Anmelderin SINTOX®- Anzündsätze entwickelt. Diese Anzündsätze sind erforderlich, wenn beim Schießen in geschlossenen Schießständen die Raumluft nicht mit blei-, antimon- oder bariumhaltigen Verbrennungsprodukten belastet werden darf.
- Als Initialsprengstoff wird dabei Diazodinitrophenol eingesetzt. Tetrazen wird als Sensibilisator benötigt. Als Oxidationsmittel dienen spezielle Formen des Zinkperoxids. Daneben können die Anzündsätze Metallpulver, z. B. Titan, enthalten.
- Für den Anzündsatz liegt der Restgehalt an Blei-, Barium- oder Antimonverbindungen bei < 0,01 %. Zink wird als unschädliches Zinkoxid emittiert.
- Als zusätzliche Maßnahme erhielten die Bleikeme der SINTOX®-Munition Metallabdeckungen.
- Da bei der Untersuchung von Schußspuren insbesondere die Bestandteile der Anzündsätze von Bedeutung sind, wurden mit dieser Munition Schußversuche mit dem Ziel durchgeführt, die Zusammensetzung des Pulverschmauchs zu untersuchen und die kriminaltechnischen Hauptverfahren zur Untersuchung von Schußspuren für die neu entwickelte Munition auf Ihre Anwendbarkeit zu überprüfen.
- Mit Hilfe der Emissionssprektralanalyse und der Röntgenbeugung konnten die Elemente und Komponenten des Pulverschmauchs differenziert werden. Im optischen Spektrum sind die chemischen Elemente Zink, Titan, Kupfer und Eisen zu finden.
- Der Nachweis der Elemente ist zwar möglich, doch wurde die Nachweissicherheit früherer Untersuchungen nicht erreicht, da diese Elemente nicht typisch und z. B. auf Textilien, Farben u. a. m. zu häufig bereits vorgefunden werden. Somit besteht das Problem der Eindeutigkeit der Nachweisführung.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, Munition bereitzustellen, die nach dem Schuß leicht detektierbare und typische Merkmale entwickelt. Insbesondere sollte solche Munition bereitgestellt werden, die zwar keine blei-, antimon- oder bariumhaltigen Verbrennungsprodukte freisetzt, jedoch nach dem Schuß leicht detektierbare und typische Merkmale entwickelt.
- Gelöst wurde diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß durch Anzündsätze, die als Initialsprengstoff Diazodinitrophenol, als Sensilbilisator Tetrazen, als Oxidationsmittel spezielle Formen des Zinkperoxids, als Reduktionsmittel Metallpulver enthalten und deren Restgehalt an Blei-Barium- oder Antimonverbindungen < 0,01 % beträgt, die mindestens eine Leitsubstanz enthalten, die nach dem Schuß typische Erkennungsmerkmale mit leichter Detektierbarkeit und hoher Wiederfindungsrate entwikkeln, wobei als Leitsubstanzen Zirkon oder mindestens ein Element der seltenen Erden, vorzugsweise mindestens ein Element aus der Reihe Lanthan, Cer, Praseodym, Terbium, Dysprosium, Ytterbium oder Gadolinium, deren Verbindungen, beispielsweise deren Oxide, oder Mischungen dieser Substanzen ausgewählt werden.
- Mischungen dieser Leitsubstanzen sind erfindungsgemäß ebenfalls einsetzbar.
- Da die Zugabe dieser Leitsubstanzen lediglich dazu dienen soll, Schußspuren auch von blei- und bariumfreier Munition zuverlässig untersuchen und beispielsweise die verwendete Munition einem bestimmten Hersteller zuordnen zu können, auf der anderen Seite die Eigenschaft der Munition durch die Leitsubstanzen nicht nachteilig beeinflusst werden darf, wird die Zugabemenge der Leitsubstanzen so bemessen, dass dieses Ziel erreicht wird. Im allgemeinen reichen folglich wenige mg-Mengen aus.
- Um eine erweiterte Schußentfernungs- und Waffenidentifikation durchführen zu können, kann erfindungsgemäß eine Variation der Partikelgröße der Leitsubstanzen vorgesehen werden.
- Die Zugabe der erfindungsgemäßen Leitelemente ermöglicht es, Schußspuren auch von blei- und bariumfreier Munition zuverlässig zu untersuchen und beispielsweise die verwendete Munition einem bestimmten Hersteller zuzuordnen. Durch die Variation der Partikelgröße kann zudem eine erweiterte Schußentfernungs- und Waffenidentifikation ermöglicht werden.
Claims (2)
- Anzündsätze, die als Initialsprengstoff Diazodinitrophenol, als Sensibilisator Tetrazen, als Oxidationsmittel spezielle Formen des Zinkperoxids, als Reduktionsmittel Metallpulver enthalten und deren Restgehalt an Blei-Barium- oder Antimonverbindungen < 0.01 % beträgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Leitsubstanz enthalten, die nach dem Schuß typische Erkennungsmerkmale mit leichter Detektierbarkeit und hoher Wiederfindungsrate entwickeln, wobei als Leitsubstanzen Zirkon oder mindestens ein Element der seltenen Erden, vorzugsweise mindestens ein Element aus der Reihe Lanthan, Cer, Praseodym, Terbium, Dysprosium. Ytterbium oder Gadolinium, deren Verbindungen, beispielsweise deren Oxide, oder Mischungen dieser Substanzen ausgewählt werden.
- Anzündsätze gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass sie als Leitsubstanz mindestens Gadolinium enthalten.
