Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.湾曲した表面を有する被装飾体を連続的に装飾する方法であって、搬送軌道 の上にある、重畳された自転の与えられた被装飾体と一定速度の保持体ベルトの 上にある装飾体とを引渡し場所で接触させて通過させ、ここで装飾体を順次、押 圧力と熱との作用のもとで被装飾体に引渡し、被装飾体を熱後処理にさらす方式 のものにおいて、 −搬送軌道(4)の運動と、保持体ベルト(7,7)の運動とを互いに反対に 向け、反対軌道(4)における被装飾体の間隔の、搬送軌道(4)の速度に対す る関係を、保持体ベルト(7,7′)における装飾体の間隔の、保持体ベルト( 7,7′)の速度に対する関係に相応させ、 −回転する被装飾体(5)を引渡し場所で、保持体ベルト(7,7′)の速度 に相応する周速度に加速し、 −必要な熱を保持体ベルト(7,7′)にもたらし、 −次いで回転する被装飾体(5)を、温度調整された定置の熱源のそばを通過 させる ことを特徴とする、装飾方法。 2.被装飾体(5)の回転の駆動を保持体ベルト(7,7′)の運動で行なう、 請求項1記載の方法。 3.被装飾体(5)をすでに引渡し場所の前で保持体ベルト(7,7′)によっ て加速する、請求項2記載の方法。 4.必要な熱を引渡し場所の前で又は引渡し場所で保持体ベルト(7,7′)に 供給する、請求項1記載の方法。 5.保持体ベルト(7,7′)の加熱時間を保持体ベルト(7,7′)の速度に 合わせて調整する、請求項4記載の方法。 6.保持体ベルト(7,7′)の加熱時間の調整を自動的に行なう、請求項5記 載の方法。 7.プラスチックから成る被装飾体(5)を、吹込んだ圧縮空気によって安定化 させる、請求項1記載の方法。 8.湾曲した表面を有する被装飾体を連続的に装飾するための装置であって、 −被装飾体を受容するために等間隔をおいて配置された、駆動可能でかつ回転 する受容部材を備えた駆動可能な、エンドレスの搬送軌道と、 −等間隔をおいて配置された装飾体を備えた、駆動可能なエンドレスの保持体 ベルトと、 −引渡し場所として構成された、搬送軌道(4)と保持体ベルトとの間の接触 範囲と、 を有し、 −引渡し場所の範囲に、被装飾体に向かって保持体 ベルトに押圧力を生ぜしめる手段と装飾体を加熱する手段とが配置されている形 式のものにおいて、 −搬送軌道(4)と保持体ベルト(7,7′)との駆動手段が互いに反対の運 動方向に構成されており、 −押圧力を生ぜしめる手段と加熱する手段とが案内部材によって形成されてお り −この案内部材が保持体ベルト(7,7′)の運動方向に対して横方向に運動 可能でかつバイアスがかけられており、 −この案内部材が加熱部材として構成されており、 −熱後処理するための装置が温度調整された定置の熱源と被装飾体(5)のた めの搬送軌道とから成っている ことを特徴とする、装飾装置。 9.被装飾体(5)のための受容部材(6)が自由回転可能に構成され、各受容 部材(6)が被装飾体(5)を介して保持体ベルト(7,7′)により駆動可能 である、請求項8記載の装飾装置。 10.保持体ベルト(7,7′)が装飾体の外された範囲で、少なくとも1つの別 の被装飾体(5)と接触させられるように保持体ベルト(7,7′)が案内され ている、請求項9記載の装置。 11.被装飾体(5)の受容部材(6)が別個の駆動装 置を有している、請求項8記載の装置。 12.受容部材(6)が必要であるよりも小さな速度のための別個の駆動装置を有 し、必要な速度が被装飾体(5)と保持体ベルト(7,7′)との接触で与えら れる、請求項8記載の装置。 13.案内部材の前に、接触面を有する可動な加熱部材(9,9′)が配置されて おり、この場合、加熱部材(9,9′)と保持体ベルト(7,7′)との間の接 触面の大きさが零と最大との間で可変である、請求項8記載の装置。 14.加熱部材(9,9′)の接触面が凸面状に構成されている、請求項13記載 の装置。 15.可動な加熱部材(9,9′)が旋回可能に構成され、保持体ベルト(7,7 ′)の速度に関連した旋回距離を調節する調節駆動装置を有している、請求項1 4記載の装置。 16.旋回距離が自動的に調節可能である、請求項15記載の装置。 17.可動な加熱部材(9,9′)が側方の旋回点と下に位置する接触面とで構成 されており、旋回距離が加熱部材(9,9′)の自重と保持体ベルト(7,7′ )の速度に基づく揚力との比で与えられる、請求項14記載の装置。 18.押圧ヘッド(10,10′)が加熱部材として構成されかつ可動な加熱部材 (9,9′)が予熱器と して構成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 19.後処理装置の熱源が平面状又は凹面状の加熱面(21)を有する、電気的に 運転される加熱プレート(19)と目標温度に調節可能な調節器(20)とから 成っている、請求項8記載の装置。 20.平面状の加熱面(21)が被装飾体(5)の直線的な搬送ベルトに関係し、 凹面状の加熱面(21)が被装飾体(5)の円形の搬送路に関係し、有効な加熱 面(21)の長さが目標後加熱時間のために規定されている、請求項19記載の 装置。 21.被装飾体(5)が後処理装置の搬送軌道の上に自由回転するように配置され かつ定置の加熱プレート(19)によって駆動される、請求項20記載の装置。 22.後処理装置の加熱源がノズルヘッド、温度制御された加熱空気発生器、磁石 制御されたバイパス弁とから成り、被装飾体が回転のために別個の駆動装置を有 している、請求項8記載の装置。
