Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒト患者における手術に用いるために適した生体適合物質であって、 架橋したコラーゲンフィブリルを含むようにグルタルアルデヒドなめしを受け た非−ヒトコラーゲン組織の凝集性層、及び 凝集性層中に包埋された合成物質の補強材であって、前記包埋を促進するため の構造特徴を有し、前記特徴の平均密度が現場で50/cm2より大きい補強材 を含む生体適合物質。 2.前記特徴の密度が100/cm2より大きい、請求項1記載の生体適合物 質。 3.合成物質がファイバーメッシュであり、前記包埋を促進するための特徴が メッシュの網状組織である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の生体適合物質。 4.メッシュ構造がゆるい非伸長状態であるように、メッシュが凝集性層中に 包埋される、請求項3記載の生体適合物質。 5.ファイバーメッシュがポリエステルヤーンから構成される、請求項3記載 の生体適合物質。 6.ポリエステルヤーンがポリウレタンによって強化される、請求項5記載の 生体適合物質。 7.ポリウレタンが、ポリウレタン中に浸漬されたポリエステルのストランド の形状である、請求項6記載の生体適合物質。 8.ポリウレタンが、ポリエステルストランドの周囲に織られたポリウレタン ストランドの形状である、請求項6記載の生体適合物質。 9.合成物質が本質的に粒状である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の生体適合 物質。 10.前記特徴がその物質の個々の粒子によって構成される、請求項9記載の 生体適合物質。 11.管の形状に形成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の生体適 合物質。 12.シートの形状である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の生体適合 物質。 13.片面において、その片面に最も近い、患者の面への結合を阻止するため に平滑であり、他方の面では前記結合を助成するために粗面である、請求項1〜 12のいずれか1項に記載の生体適合物質。 14.生体適合物質の製造方法であって、下記工程: サポートロッド又は管の周囲に管状合成ファイバーメッシュ構造を配置する工 程と; メッシュ被覆サポートロッド又は管を生活する非−ヒト宿主動物の体内に、前 記ロッド又は管上にコラーゲン組織の成長を惹起するような位置において移植す る工程と; ロッド又は管を囲み、その中に包埋されたメッシュ構造を有する前記組織の凝 集性壁が形成されるまで、前記コラーゲン組織をインプラント上に成長させる工 程と; 宿主動物の体からインプラントと、コラーゲン組織の前記凝集性壁とを取り出 す工程と; コラーゲン組織の前記凝集性壁の強度を高め、この壁に免疫学的不活性と無菌 性とを与えるように、この壁に含まれるコラーゲンフィブリルの架橋を惹起する ために、コラーゲン組織の前記凝集性壁にグルタルアルデヒドなめしを受けさせ る工程と; 宿主動物の体からロッド又は管とコラーゲン組織の凝集性壁とを取り出した後 の任意の時点で、コラーゲン組織の凝集性壁内からロッド又は管を取り出す工程 と を含み、管状合成ファイバーメッシュ構造がサポートロッド又は管上にゆるく係 合している方法。 15.管状メッシュがサポートロッド又は管よりも長軸方向においてかなり長 い、請求項14記載の方法。 16.生体適合物質の製造方法であって、下記工程: シートサポートを生活する非―ヒト宿主動物の体内に、前記サポート上のコラ ーゲン組織の成長を惹起するような位置において移植する工程と; シートサポートの両面に前記組織の凝集性層が形成されるまで、前記コラーゲ ン組織をインプラント上に成長させる工程と; 宿主動物の体からインプラントと、コラーゲン組織の前記凝集性層とを取り出 す工程と; コラーゲン組織の前記凝集性層の強度を高め、この層に免疫学的不活性と無菌 性とを与えるように、この層に含まれるコラーゲンフィブリルの架橋を惹起する ために、コラーゲン組織の前記凝集性層にグルタルアルデヒドなめしを受けさせ る工程と; 宿主動物の体からインプラントを取り出した後の任意の時点で、コラーゲン組 織の凝集性層からシートサポートを分離して、コラーゲン物質のポケット、ポウ チ又はエンベロープを形成する工程と を含む方法。 17.コラーゲン組織内への合成物質の包埋を促進する構造特徴を有する合成 物質を、サポートシートの両面を囲むようにサポートシート上に配置する、請求 項16記載の方法。 18.現場での前記特徴の平均密度が50/cm2より大きい、請求項17記 載の方法。 19.前記特徴の密度が100/cm2より大きい、請求項18記載の方法。 20.合成物質がファイバーメッシュであり、前記包埋を促進するための特徴 がメッシュの網状組織である、請求項17〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.メッシュ構造がゆるい非伸長状態であるように、メッシュが凝集性層中 に包埋される、請求項20記載の方法。 22.ファイバーメッシュがポリエステルヤーンから構成される、請求項20 記載の方法。 23.生体適合物質が片面において、その片面に最も近い、患者の面への結合 を阻止するために平滑であり、他方の面では前記結合を助成するために粗面であ る、請求項17〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 24.インプラントが宿主動物の横胸壁の皮膚筋肉の真下に形成される、請求 項14〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 25.宿主動物が羊である、請求項14〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 26.インプラントを宿主動物中に少なくとも10週間入れておく、請求項1 4〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 27.宿主動物の体を除去した後、サポート又は管を除去する前に、インプラ ントと組織壁とを緩衝化グルタルアルデヒド浴中に浸漬することによって、なめ し工程が実施される、請求項14〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 28.生体適合物質をヘパリンを用いて使用のために再水和する、請求項14 〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
