Description
PGAのモノフィラメントが使用されるとき、繊維2は、デニールカウント(また、直線密度と規定される)または240デニール未満の秤量を有し、PGAのモノフィラメントは、120デニール未満のデニールカウントを有する(本明細書におけるデニールは、モノフィラメントの直径を意味する。)。
厚さ:60−500μm
空隙率:0−50%
上記の糸、ならびにそこから生じる繊維の厚さおよび繊維の織物加工の型により、本発明の吸収性移植片1は、極めて軽量となり、また動脈型の血液に関して、極めて不透過になる。
Claims (12)
- 50%以下の低い空隙率を有する繊維(2)からなる、ペイロニー病によるIPP(形成性陰茎硬化症)プラークの切除後の永久インプラントにおける使用のための生体吸収性移植片(1)であり、
上記繊維が、600ミクロン未満の厚さを有するPGA(ポリグリコリド)の吸収性ポリマーで形成された繊維糸からなり、
上記移植片(1)が、平面状型を有し、かつ、補強構造および/または支持構造なしに形成された織り込まれた繊維であることを特徴とし、
上記織り込まれた繊維の移植片(1)が、その表面上にいかなる組織細胞が付着することなくインプラントされる、生体吸収性移植片(1)。 - 熱カレンダーが施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の移植片(1)。
- 上記PGAの織り込まれた繊維(2)が、マルチフィラメント糸またはモノフィラメント糸で形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の移植片(1)。
- PGAのモノフィラメントが使用される場合、繊維(2)が240デニール未満の秤量を有し、PGAのモノフィラメントが120デニール未満のデニールカウントを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
- PGAのマルチフィラメント糸が使用される場合、それが75デニール/30フィラメントのマルチフィラメント糸である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
- 平面図で長方形または正方形を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
- 平面図で5cm×10cmの寸法を有する長方形を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
- 切開部の縫合が、吸収可能な物質、または非吸収性物質で3/0または4/0の直径を有する縫合糸により行われる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
- 上記吸収可能な物質がPGAである、請求項8に記載の移植片(1)。
- 上記織り込まれた繊維(2)が平織の形態である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
- 上記織り込まれた繊維(2)が、50−100 ends/cmを含む縦密度(ends per cm,EPC)、および30−70 counts/cmを含む横密度(counts per cm,CPC)を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
- 上記織り込まれた繊維(2)が5%〜50%の範囲内に含まれる空隙率を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の移植片(1)。
