- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a) アルコール; b) 脂肪酸または油; c) レシチン; d) 水に可溶または水に分散可能な界面活性剤;および e) 水 を含む水性剥離助剤組成物。 2.さらに凝結防止またはゲル化防止剤を含む請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成 物。 3.さらに増粘剤を含む請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 4.さらに防腐剤を含む請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 5.前記アルコールがグリコールである請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 6.前記グリコールがプロピレングリコール、エチレングリコール、ジプロピ レングリコールおよびジエチレングリコールよりなる群から選ばれる請求項5に 記載の剥離助剤組成物。 7.前記アルコールがエタノールおよびプロパノールよりなる群から選ばれる 請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 8.前記脂肪酸または油が天然産の脂肪酸または油である請求項1に記載の剥 離助剤組成物。 9.前記脂肪酸または油が不飽和の脂肪酸または油である請求項8に記載の剥 離助剤組成物。 10.前記脂肪酸がC8−C20脂肪酸である請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物 。 11.前記脂肪酸がオレイン酸、リノレン酸、およびTOF酸よりなる群から 選ばれる請求項9に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 12.前記水に可溶または水に分散可能な界面活性剤が高分子である請求項1 に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 13.前記水に可溶または水に分散可能な高分子界面活性剤が非イオン性であ る請求項12に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 14.前記非イオン性高分子界面活性剤がエチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキ シドとの水に可溶なブロックコポリマー、エチレンオキシドとプロピレンオキシ ドとのブトキシブロックコポリマー、ポリエチレングリコールエステル、および エトキシル化アルコールよりなる群から選ばれる請求項13に記載の剥離助剤組 成物。 15.前記水に可溶または水に分散可能な界面活性剤がアニオン性である請求 項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 16.前記アニオン界面活性剤がジオクチルスルホスクシネートである請求項 15に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 17.前記凝結防止またはゲル化防止剤がケイ酸アルミニウムマグネシウム、 ケイ酸カルシウム、および酸化アルミニウムよりなる群から選ばれる請求項2に 記載の剥離助剤組成物。 18.前記増粘剤がガム、アルギネートおよびセルロース誘導体よりなる群か ら選ばれる請求項3に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 19.前記ガムがキサンタンガムである請求項18に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 20.前記セルロース誘導体がカルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)である 請求項18に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 香酸ナトリウムよりなる群から選ばれる請求項4に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 22.前記アルコールが該組成物の総重量に対して約1〜約15重量%にわた る量で存在する請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 23.前記アルコールが該組成物の総重量に対して約2〜約8重量%にわたる 量で存在する請求項22に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 24.前記脂肪酸または油が該組成物の総重量に対して約5〜約40重量%に わたる量で存在する請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 25.前記脂肪酸または油が該組成物の総重量に対して約10〜約30重量% にわたる量で存在する請求項24に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 26.前記レシチンが該組成物の総重量に対して約3〜約30重量%にわたる 量で存在する請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 27.前記レシチンが該組成物の総重量に対して約5〜約10重量%にわたる 量で存在する請求項26に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 28.前記水に可溶または水に分散可能な界面活性剤が該組成物の総重量に対 して約0.2〜約7重量%にわたる量で存在する請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成 物。 29.前記水に可溶または水に分散可能な界面活性剤が該組成物の総重量に対 して約1〜約4重量%にわたる量で存在する請求項28に記載の剥離助剤組成物 。 30.前記凝結防止またはゲル化防止剤が該組成物の総重量に対して約0〜約 3重量%にわたる量で存在する請求項2に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 31.前記凝結防止またはゲル化防止剤が該組成物の総重量に対して約0.1 〜約1.0重量%にわたる量で存在する請求項30に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 32.前記増粘剤が該組成物の総重量に対して約0〜約3重量%にわたる量で 存在する請求項3に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 33.前記増粘剤が該組成物の総重量に対して約0〜約0.5重量%にわたる 量で存在する請求項32に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 34.剥離面に剥離性を付与する方法であって、前記剥離面と接触する素材を 剥離させるのに十分な量の請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物を前記剥離面に適用 する工程を含む方法。 35.前記剥離面がウエットエンドストックローラー、加圧ロール、ヤンキー ローラー、クーチロール、ドライヤーキャン、カレンダーまたはドライヤーロー ルである請求項34に記載の方法。 36.前記剥離面が型である請求項34に記載の方法。 37.前記素材が紙、プラスチック、複合材料、セメント、クレー、テキスタ イル、ゴムおよびセラミックよりなる群から選ばれる物質より構成される組成物 またはスラリーである請求項34に記載の方法。 38.前記適用がスプレーによって達せられる請求項34に記載の方法。 39.粘稠な素材に剥離性を付与する方法であって、前記粘稠な素材と接触す る剥離面から前記粘稠な素材を剥離させるのに十分な量の請求項1記載の剥離助 剤組成物を前記粘稠な素材に加える工程を含む方法。 40.前記剥離面がウエットエンドストックローラー、加圧ロール、ヤンキー ローラー、クーチロール、ドライヤーキャン、カレンダーまたはドライヤーロー ルである請求項39に記載の方法。 41.前記剥離面が型である請求項39に記載の方法。 42.前記粘稠な素材が紙、プラスチック、複合材料、セメントクレー、テキ スタイル、ゴムおよびセラミックよりなる群から選ばれる物質から構成される組 成物またはスラリーである請求項39に記載の方法。 43.水性剥離助剤組成物の調製法であって、 a)第一の容器中で、凝結防止またはゲル化防止剤を水中で撹拌し分散させて 混合物とし; b)第二の容器中で、増粘剤をアルコール中で撹拌し分散させてスラリーをつ くり; c)次に該調製スラリーを、該調製済混合物中で均質な混合物が得られるまで 撹拌し; d)各添加の間に分散が得られるまで撹拌しながら順次水に可溶または水に分 散可能な界面活性剤、脂肪酸およびレシチンを加え;さらに e)エマルションができるまで該均質混合物を撹拌する 工程を含む水性剥離助剤組成物の調製法。 44.該レシチンの添加に続いて少なくとも1種の防腐剤を添加する請求項4 3に記載の方法。 45.エマルションの形状である請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 46.安定な水希釈液を得ることができる乳化可能な濃縮物である請求項1に 記載の剥離助剤組成物。 47.室温で安定である請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物。 48.約8℃〜約50℃の温度で安定である請求項1に記載の剥離助剤組成物 。
