本发明公开了一种用于高速灌装线水基润滑剂的组成。它的组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%~10%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚2%~10%,脂肪基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚2%~10%,脂肪烃基咪唑啉2%~10%,脂肪酸1%~8%,水补足到100%。本发明的优点是:1.采用非离子表面活性剂为主体,耐硬水性强,不会产生“皂垢”;2.具有良好的润滑性,在高速灌装线上不会倒瓶;3.具有一定的杀菌能力;4.具有较好的清洁能力;5.具有较好的防锈性。

用于高速灌装线水基润滑剂的组成
本发明涉及用于高速灌装线的水基润滑剂的组成。
随着啤酒、饮料等行业灌装线速度的不断提高,原来以皂基为基础的润滑剂已不能适应使用要求。在高速灌装线上,皂基润滑剂明显润滑性不足,会出现大量倒瓶现象,并且防锈性差,从而影响正常生产。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于高速灌装线的水基润滑剂的组成。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取下列措施:它的组成(%)为:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚                   2~10
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚                   2~10
脂肪基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚               2~10
脂肪烃基咪唑啉                     2~10
脂肪酸                             1~8
水                                 补足到100
本发明的优点是:
1.采用非离子表面活性剂为主体,耐硬水性强,不会产生“皂垢”。
2.具有良好的润滑性,在高速灌装线上不会倒瓶。
3.具有一定的杀菌能力。
4.具有较好的清洁能力。
5.具有较好的防锈性。
6.能使用的各组份为实际无毒。

上述脂肪醇为C12~C22饱和或不饱和脂肪醇,脂肪胺为C12~C22饱和或不饱和脂肪胺,脂肪基酰胺为C12~C22饱和或不饱和脂肪基酰胺,脂肪烃基咪唑啉为C11~C21饱和或不饱和脂肪烃基咪唑啉,脂肪酸为C2~C18一元饱和或不饱和脂肪酸、C2~C8二元脂肪酸以及C3~C5三元脂肪酸。

油酰胺聚氧乙烯醚                         7
十一烷基咪唑啉                           4

将上述润滑剂1份与水500份相混合,喷于4.5万瓶/小时啤酒灌装线,可正常生产,不出现倒瓶现象。
实施例2
润滑剂组成(%):
油醇聚氧乙烯醚                             10
十二胺聚氧乙烯醚                           2
C22酰胺聚氧乙烯醚                         2
十七烷基咪唑啉                             8
醋酸                                       2
水                                         76
将上述润滑剂1份与400份水混合后用于4万瓶/小时矿泉水生产线,可正常生产,不出现倒瓶现象。
实施例3
润滑剂组成(%):
C12~14醇聚氧乙烯醚            5
油基胺聚氧乙烯醚                10
月桂酰胺聚氧乙烯醚              5
椰油基咪唑啉                    2
柠檬酸                          1
水                              77
将上述润滑剂1份与水300份混合后用于4.5万瓶/小时啤酒生产线,可正常生产不倒瓶。

将上述润滑剂1份与水500份混合后喷于4.5万瓶/小时啤酒生产线,可正常生产不倒瓶。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚                2~10%
脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚                2~10%
脂肪基酰胺聚氧乙烯醚            2~10%
脂肪烃基咪唑啉                  2~10%
脂肪酸                          1~8%
水                              补足到100%。
