Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つのTi−ハロゲン結合を含むチタン化合物と支持体、所望に より電子供与化合物との直接反応により、還元有機金属化合物との後続の反応な しで、得られる生産物からなり、 前記支持体は、ヒドロキシ基を含む金属酸化物と、 A)塩化マグネシウム、 B)塩化マグネシウムのモル当り1〜6モルの量的範囲にあるアルコール を含み、上記の量のアルコールB)の存在下に塩化マグネシウムを5g/リット ルに等しいかそれより多い量で溶解できる有機溶媒C)の溶液とを、接触させる ことにより得られ、 該溶媒は、塩化マグネシウムと付加物を形成することができない、 オレフィンの重合用固体触媒成分。 2.支持体の製造用に使用される金属酸化物は、ヒドロキシ基に加えて、酸化物 グラムあたり15ミリモルまでの量で化学的に結合していない水を含有する請求 項1記載の固体触媒成分。 3.チタンが実質的に4価である請求項1又は2記載の固体触媒成分。 4.金属酸化物が、シリカ、アルミナ、AlとSiの酸化物の混合物、酸化マグ ネシウムおよび二酸化チタンから選択される請求項1記載の固体触媒成分。 5.含有されている電子供与体が、式 (ここで、R、R1およびR2はそれぞれ同じであるか異なっていて直鎖状もしく は分枝鎖状のC1〜C18のアルキル基、C3〜C18のシクロアルキル基あるいはC6 〜C18のアリール、アルカリルまたはアラルキル基であり、そしてR1およびRz は水素であってもよい)を有するエーテルから選択される請求項1記載の固体 触媒成分。 6.含有されている電子供与体化合物がフタル酸エステルから選択される請求項 1記載の固体触媒成分。 7.請求項1記載の固体触媒成分の反応生成物と、Al−アルカリ化合物とを含 有するα−オレフィンの重合用触媒。 8.請求項1記載の固体触媒成分の反応生成物と、Al−アルキル化合物と少な くとも1つのSi−OR結合(ここでRは炭化水素基)を有する珪素化合物とを 含有する請求項7記載の触 媒。 9.還元有機金属化合物との後続の反応なしで、少なくとも一つのTi−ハロゲ ン結合を含むチタン化合物と支持体、所望により電子供与化合物との直接反応か らなり、 前記支持体は、ヒドロキシ基を含む金属酸化物と、 A)塩化マグネシウム、 B)塩化マグネシウムのモル当り1〜6モルの量的範囲にあるアルコール を含み、上記の量のアルコールB)の存在下に塩化マグネシウムを5g/リット ルに等しいかそれより多い量で溶解できる有機溶媒C)の溶液とを、接触させる ことにより得られ、 該溶媒は、塩化マグネシウムと付加物を形成することができない、 請求項1記載の固体触媒成分の製造方法。 10.請求項7又は8記載の触媒の存在下、CH2=CHRαオレフィン(ここ でRは水素又は炭素数1〜6のアルキル基、アリール基)の重合方法。
