- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a.基部と、 b.該基部上に担持された複数の締結素子と を備え、 該基部と該締結素子の少なくとも一方が、磁気吸引要素に密に連結された磁気不 活性要素を備える、二構成要素可脱ファスナの構成要素。 2.前記磁気不活性要素が高分子プラスチックを備える請求項1記載の構成要素 。 3.前記プラスチックが熱可塑性物質を備える請求項2記載の構成要素。 4.前記プラスチックが熱可塑性エラストマーを備える請求項2記載の構成要素 。 5.前記磁気吸引体が前記磁気不活性要素に含浸する請求項1記載の構成要素。 6.前記磁気吸引体が前記磁気不活性要素を被覆する請求項1記載の構成要素。 7.前記磁気吸引体が前記磁気不活性要素によって被覆されている請求項1記載 の構成要素。 8.前記締結素子がフック状素子を備える請求項1記載の構成要素。 9.前記締結素子がループ状素子を備える請求項1記載の構成要素。 10.前記磁気吸引体が金属粉を備える請求項1記載の構成要素。 11.前記締結素子が、磁気吸引体に密に連結された磁気不活性要素を備える請求 項1記載の構成要素。 12.前記基部が、磁気吸引体で処理された磁気不活性要素を備える請求項1記載 の構成要素。 13.前記基部および前記締結素子が同じ構造性の材料を備える請求項1記載の構 成要素。 14.前記締結要素および前記基部が、同じプリカーサ材から一体に形成されてい る請求項1記載の構成要素。 15.前記基部とは別のプリカーサ材から形成され、かつ前記基部に結合されてい る基板をさらに備える請求項1記載の構成要素。 16.前記締結素子および前記基板が共押出成形される請求項15記載の構成要素 。 17.前記基板および前記締結素子が共に積層成形される請求項15記載の構成要 素。 18.前記基板が織り材料を備える請求項17記載の構成要素。 19.前記基板が不織材料を備える請求項17記載の構成要素。 20.前記基板が紙を備える請求項17記載の構成要素。 21.前記基板がフォームを備える請求項17記載の構成要素。 22.前記締結素子が、前記基部に織り込まれたフィラメントを備える請求項1記 載の構成要素。 23.前記締結素子フィラメントが高分子モノフィラメントを備える請求項22記 載の構成要素。 24.前記高分子プラスチックが、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、 ポリエステル、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、アセタール、アクリル樹脂、ポ リカーボネート、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリウレタンおよびポリスルホンか らなるグループから選択される請求項2記載の構成要素。 25.前記磁気吸引体が強磁性材料を備える請求項1記載の構成要素。 26.前記磁気吸引体が、鉄粉、磁鉄鉱、赤鉄鉱、酸化鉄(II)、酸化鉄(III)、ス テアリン酸鉄(III)からなるグループから選択される請求項1記載の構成要素。 27.前記磁気吸引体が有機鉄化合物を備える請求項1記載の構成要素。 28.前記磁気吸引体が希土類金属を備える請求項1記載の構成要素。 29.前記基板が磁気吸引体を備える請求項15記載の構成要素。 30.a.成形材料から成形された本体であり、少なくとも一つの表面と本体内域 とを有する本体と、 b.該成形体の該表面に固定されており、可脱ファスナ補構成要素と共に使用す るための可脱ファスナ構成要素であって、 i. 基部と、 ii.該基部上に担持された複数の締結素子と を備え、 該基部と該締結素子の少なくとも一方が、磁気吸引要素に密に連結された磁気不 活性要素を備える 可脱ファスナ構成要素と を備える成形物。 31.前記磁気不活性要素が高分子プラスチックを備える請求項30記載の成形物 。 32.前記プラスチックが熱可塑性物質を備える請求項31記載の成形物。 33.前記プラスチックが熱可塑性エラストマーを備える請求項31記載の成形物 。 34.前記高分子プラスチックが、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、 ポリエステル、ポリスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、アセタール、アクリル樹脂、ポ リカーボネート、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリウレタン、ポリスルホンおよび 熱可塑性エラストマーからなるグループから選択される請求項31記載の成形物 。 35.前記磁気吸引体が強磁性材料を備える請求項30記載の成形物。 36.前記磁気吸引体が、鉄粉、磁鉄鉱、赤鉄鉱、酸化鉄(II)、酸化鉄(III)、ス テアリン酸鉄(III)からなるグループから選択される請求項30記載の成形物。 37.前記磁気吸引体が有機鉄化合物を備える請求項30記載の成形物。 38.前記磁気吸引体が希土類金属を備える請求項30記載の成形物。 39.前記締結素子が、磁気吸引体で処理された磁気不活性要素を備える請求項3 0記載の成形物。 40.前記基部に結合された基板をさらに備える請求項30記載の成形物。 41.a.基部と、 b.該基部上に担持された複数の締結素子と、 c.該基部に結合された基板と を備え、 該基板が、磁気吸引要素に密に連結された磁気不活性要素を備える、 二構成要素可脱ファスナの構成要素。 42.前記磁気不活性要素が熱可塑性物質を備える請求項41記載の構成要素。 43.前記磁気不活性要素が熱可塑性エラストマーを備える請求項41記載の構成 要素。 44.前記磁気吸引体が前記磁気不活性要素に含浸する請求項41記載の構成要素 。 45.前記磁気吸引体が金属粉を備える請求項41記載の構成要素。 46.a.磁気吸引体を供給する工程と、 b.該磁気吸引体を、基部および該基部に担持される複数の締結素子の少なくと も一方に連結する工程と を備え、 該基部と該締結素子の少なくとも一方が、磁気吸引体に密に連結された磁気不活 性要素を備える、二構成要素可脱ファスナの構成要素の製造方法。 47.前記磁気吸引体を連結する前記工程が、前記磁気吸引体を前記複数の締結素 子に連結する工程を備える請求項46記載の方法。 48.前記磁気吸引体を連結する前記工程が、前記磁気吸引体を前記基部に連結す る工程を備える請求項46記載の方法。 49.前記磁気吸引体を連結する前記工程が、高分子プラスチック樹脂を磁気吸引 体に混合する工程を備える請求項46記載の方法。 50.前記混合工程が、前記プラスチック樹脂を、鉄粉、磁鉄鉱、赤鉄鉱、酸化鉄 (II)、酸化鉄(III)、ステアリン酸鉄(III)からなるグループから選択される磁気 吸引体に混合する工程を備える請求項47記載の方法。 51.前記基部を基板に結合する工程をさらに備える請求項46記載の方法。 52.a.i.磁気吸引体を供給する工程と、 ii.該磁気吸引体を、基部および該基部に担持される複数の締結素子の少なくと も一方に連結する工程と を備え、 該基部と該締結素子の少なくとも一方が、該磁気吸引体に密に連結された磁気不 活性要素を備える、二構成要素可脱ファスナの構成要素の製造工程と、 b.i.締結素子受け凹部と、 ii.該締結素子受け凹部に隣接するモールド壁の内部の磁石とを備えるモールド で、 これにより該磁石が該ファスナ構成要素を該モールド壁に向けて吸引するモール ドであって、 該締結面を該モールドの壁に向けて、前記可脱ファスナ構成要素をモールドに入 れる工程と、 c.成形材料を前記モールドに供給する工程と を備える成形物の製造方法。 53.前記磁気吸引体を連結する前記工程が、前記磁気吸引体を前記複数の締結素 子に連結する工程を備える請求項52記載の成形物の製造方法。 54.前記磁気吸引体を連結する前記工程が、前記磁気吸引体を前記基部に連結す る工程を備える請求項51記載の成形物の製造方法。 55.前記磁気吸引体を連結する前記工程が、高分子プラスチック樹脂を磁気吸引 体に混合する工程を備える請求項52記載の成形物の製造方法。 56.前記混合工程が、前記プラスチック樹脂を、鉄粉、磁鉄鉱、赤鉄鉱、酸化鉄 (II)、酸化鉄(III)、ステアリン酸鉄(III)からなるグループから選択される磁気 吸引体に混合する工程を備える請求項52記載の成形物の製造方法。 57.前記基部を基板に結合する工程をさらに備える請求項52記載の成形物の製 造方法。
