Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ドライバのブレーキの要求を電気的に評価し、電気的に制御されたアクチ ュエータの使用することによって電気装置の制御の下にブレーキがかけられる車 の液圧ブレーキ装置において、第1の電気的に制御されたアクチュエータを通っ て第1の前輪ブレーキ(1)に接続されたペダル作動流体静力学的マスタシリン ダ(31)と、前記第1の前輪ブレーキ(1)と第2の前輪ブレーキ(2)との 間の液体連通を可能にする分離弁(7)と、を有し、前記分離弁は、前記電気装 置の故障の際に開放し、前輪ブレーキ(1,2)の双方にマスタシリンダの流体 静力学的な圧力を加えることができることを特徴とする車の液圧ブレーキ装置。 2.前記分離弁(7)が、第1及び第2の電気的に制御されたアクチュエータ によって前輪の双方に共通してブレーキをかけることができるように正規のブレ ーキ動作中に開放することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 3.前記分離弁(7)が、2つの前輪ブレーキを互いに分離するように閉鎖さ れ、2つのブレーキは、第1及び第2のアクチュエータによって独立してかけら れることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 4.前記アクチュエータが、正規のブレーキ動作中に閉鎖する通常開放してい る分離弁(44)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記 載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 5.前記電気装置が、フットペダルの力及び/またはフットペダルの移動及び /またはマスタシリンダの出力で検出される圧力を検出するトランスジューサに よって発生された制御信号に対応して各電気的に制御されたアクチュエータのピ ストンを前方に駆動するようになっている電気モータを有することを特徴とする 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 6.前記車の各車輪のブレーキが、個別的な電気駆動液圧アクチュエータによ って制御され、個々に電気的に駆動される液圧アクチュエータによって制御され 、適用された圧力が、重量移行、動作傾斜または側方及び長手方向の加速/減速 を計算して所定のまたは適応するように変形された特性によって変更されるよう になっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレ ーキ装置。 7.前記アンチロック制御が、電気制御ユニットによって形成される制御信号 によって1つまたはそれ以上の前記電気制御アクチュエータの調整によって達成 することができることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 8.前記電気制御ユニットが、力トランスジューサ及び/または車輪速度セン サ及び/またはフットペダルの移動及び/またはマスタシリンダの出力で検出さ れた圧力からの信号を受けることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液圧ブレーキ装 置。 9.前記第1の電気的に制御されるアクチュエータ装置(15)が、ハウジン グのステップ穴(19)で作業する差動ピストン(18)と、直径の段部のショ ルダの間の穴に画定された供給空隙(47)と、ピストン及び送り空隙の前の圧 力室の間の連通を制御する通常開放している弁(44)と、を有することを特徴 とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 10.前記通常開放している弁(44)が、中央弁のタイプであることを特徴 とする請求項9に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 11.前記マスターシリンダ(31)からの移動が、電気的に駆動される第1 のアクチュエータ(5)の前記供給空隙(47)に適応され、通常の作動状態に おいて、ピストン(18)は、電気駆動装置によって前方に電気的に駆動され、 最初に前記通常開放している弁(44)を閉鎖させ、その後、前記圧力室の液体 を圧縮してブレーキをかけることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の液圧 ブレーキ装置。 12.前記マスタシリンダが、分離弁(33)を介して第1のアクチュエータ の送り空隙に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の液圧ブレーキ 装置。 13.前記分離弁(33)が、3ポート2位置ソレノイド作動弁(3/2弁) を有し、前記弁は、マスタシリンダと第1の電気的に駆動されたアクチュエータ との間の連通を可能にするように通常は非作動であり、少なくとも主アクチュエ ータによって制御されるスキッドの検出時に電気的に駆動される第1のアクチュ エータをマスタシリンダのリザーバに接続するように切り替えられることを特徴 とする請求項12に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 14.双方の前輪ブレーキのアクチュエータの圧力空隙が、分離弁(7)を介 して接続され、電気装置の故障時に双方のブレーキがマスタシリンダからの圧力 によって作動され、ブレーキ圧が分離弁(7)の自動開放によって等しくされる ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。 15.双方のアクチュエータ(5,6)が、ステップ穴で作業する差動ピスト ンを有し、ステップ部分の直径で肩部によって供給空隙が画定され、前記マスタ シリンダは、第1及び第2のアクチュエータの供給空隙に常時接続され、電気装 置の故障時に、双方のブレーキがマスタシリンダの圧力によって作動されること を特徴とする請求項2乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキ装置。
