Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.含水液体から水を除去する装置であって、含水液体を入れる容器、該容器中 で含水液体と接触できるゼオライト膜および該ゼオライト膜により分離された水 を除去するための水除去手段を備えることを特徴とする装置。 2.前記ゼオライト膜が仕切り空間の壁の少なくとも一部を形成し、前記仕切り 空間内部が水除去手段に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記仕切り空間の内部が中空管の内部に接続され、前記膜を通過する流体が 中空管を通って導き出されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。 4.前記仕切り空間が離れて配置された少なくとも2つのゼオライト膜の周縁で の結合で形成され、かつ中空管が貫通されて前記仕切り空間の内側と接続されて いることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。 5.複数の前記仕切り空間が中空管上に取り付けていることを特徴とする請求項 4記載の装置。 6.前記ゼオタイプ膜が3から50オングストロームの大きさの小孔をもつこと を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 7.前記ゼオライト膜が3から15オングストロームの大きさの小孔をもつこと を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 7.前記ゼオライト膜が3から5オングストロームの大きさの小孔をもつことを 特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。 8.前記ゼオライト膜が、線材の網上でのゼオライト結晶の沈着により形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 9.前記容器中の液体を攪拌しうる攪拌機が備えられていることを特徴とする請 求項1からのいずれか1つに記載の装置。 10.混合液体から1つの液体を分離するにあたり、仕切り空間が少なくともゼオ タイプ膜の一部で形成された壁で仕切られ、かつ前記混合液体と接触させられて 、前記仕切り空間内に前記1つの液体を導き入れる方法。 11.分離された液体が、前記仕切り空間内を減圧にすることにより除去され、こ れにより前記仕切り空間内の分離された液体を引っぱり、前記混合液体から前記 仕切り空間への分離流入量を増加させることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法 。 12.前記混合液体が加熱および/または攪拌されることを特徴とする請求項11 記載の方法。 13.前記分離された液体が水であることを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれ か1つに記載の方法。 14.図面記載の混合液分離装置。
