Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 請求項1 トレハロースは等張または低張の溶液を得るために十分な量で存 在する、溶液中の水およびトレハロースよりなる組成物。 請求項2 水は、滅菌され、濾過され、蒸留され、脱イオンされ、または炭 酸で飽和される、請求項2記載の組成物。 請求項3 一つ以上の糖類を、等張または低張の溶液を得るために十分な量 で同時に含む、請求項2記載の組成物。 請求項4 糖は、グルコース、フラクトース、マンノース、ガラクトース、 スクロース、マルトース、ラクトース、マルトデキストリンおよびグルコースポ リマーよりなる群から選ばれる、請求項3記載の組成物。 請求項5 少なくとも一つの塩を、腸管を経て水の取込みを増強するに十分 な量で同時に含む、請求項2記載の組成物。 請求項6 塩は、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウムおよびカルシウムの 塩よりなる群から選ばれる、請求項5記載の組成物。 請求項7 アミノ酸基を同時に含む、請求項2記載の組成物。 請求項8 着色料、調味料または補助的な栄養素を同時に含む、請求項2記 載の組成物。 請求項9 予め計量した水に、使用前に混合する組成物の一部を希釈する際 に、トレハロースは等張または低張の溶液を得るために十分な量で存在する、上 記請求項の何れか一つに記載の組成物製造用の、溶液中に水およびトレハロース を含む混合前の組成物。 請求項10 一つ以上の糖類を、等張または低張の溶液を得るために十分な 量で同時に含む、請求項9記載の組成物。 請求項11 糖は、グルコース、フラクトース、マンノース、ガラクトース 、スクロース、マルトース、ラクトース、マルトデキストリンおよびグルコース ポリマーよりなる群から選ばれる、請求項10記載の組成物。 請求項12 少なくとも一つの塩を、腸管を経て水の取込みを増強するに十 分な量で同時に含む、請求項9記載の組成物。 請求項13 塩は、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウムおよびカルシウム の塩よりなる群から選ばれる、請求項12記載の組成物。 請求項14 アミノ酸基を同時に含む、請求項9記載の組成物。 請求項15 着色料、調味料または補助的な栄養素を同時に含む、請求項9 記載の組成物。 請求項16 予め計量された水に溶解された組成物の一部は等張または低張 の溶液を提供する、乾燥した形態でトレハロースおよび補助的な栄養素を含む組 成物。 請求項17 混合物は粉末の形状である、請求項16記載の組成物。 請求項18 混合物は錠剤の形状である、請求項16記載の組成物。 請求項19 一つ以上の糖類を、等張または低張の溶液を得るに十分な量で 同時に含む、請求項16記載の組成物。 請求項20 糖は、グルコース、フラクトース、マンノース、ガラクトース 、スクロース、マルトース、ラクトース、マルトデキストリンおよびグルコース ポリマーよりなる群から選ばれる、請求項17記載の組成物。 請求項21 少なくとも一つの塩を、腸管を経て水の取込みを増強するに十 分な量で同時に含む、請求項17記載の組成物。 請求項22 塩は、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウムおよびカルシウム の塩よりなる群から選ばれる、請求項21記載の組成物。 請求項23 アミノ酸基を同時に含む、請求項16記載の組成物。 請求項24 着色料、調味料または補助的な栄養素を同時に含む、請求項1 6記載の組成物。 請求項25 方法は、トレハロースおよび他の栄養素を水に溶解し、この溶 液を乾燥する工程よりなり、トレハロースおよび他の栄養素の量と割合は、乾燥 組成物の一部を予め計量した水中への溶解が等張または低張の溶液を提供するよ うに選ばれる、スポーツ飲料製造用の乾燥組成物の製造法。 請求項26 乾燥組成物を錠剤の形態に成形する工程をさらに含む、請求項 25記載の組成物。 請求項27 乾燥は、噴霧乾燥、凍結乾燥、流動床乾燥または臨界流体抽出 法による、請求項25記載の方法。 請求項28 別の栄養素は、一つ以上の糖、塩およびアミノ酸基よりなる群 から選ばれる、請求項25記載の組成物。 請求項29 塩は、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウムおよびカルシウム よりなる群から選ばれる、請求項28記載の方法。 請求項30 溶液は、一つ以上の着色料、調味料または補助的な栄養素を同 時に含む、請求項28記載の方法。
