Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 駆動軸に相対回転不能に結合できる太陽歯車歯、遊星歯車キャリヤに支 持された複数の遊星歯車およびこれらの遊星歯車を包囲し中空歯車キャリヤに結 合されている中空歯車を備えた特に自動車におけるはすば構造の遊星歯車式変速 機において、軸方向力を受けるために少なくとも圧力面・組(19)が太陽歯車 歯(3)の範囲に軸方向において駆動軸(2)と遊星歯車(4)との間に、およ び圧力面・組(24)が遊星歯車(4)と中空歯車キャリヤ(8)との間にそれ ぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする特に自動車におけるはすば構造の遊星歯車 式変速機。 2. 遊星歯車(4)の両側に太陽歯車歯(3)の範囲に圧力面・組(19、 20)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の遊星歯車式変 速機。 3. 圧力面・組(19、20、24)が遊星歯車(4)の歯車本体まで突出 していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の遊星歯車式変速 機。 4. 圧力面・組(24)の押圧面が中空歯車キャリヤ(8)に一体化されて いる圧力面によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第 3項のいずれか1項に記載の遊星歯車式変速機。 5. 圧力面・組(19、20、24)が球形をしていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1項に記載の遊星歯車式変速機。 6. 圧力面・組(19、20、24)が円錐状に形成されていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1項に記載の遊星歯車式変速機 。 7. 円錐角度が5′〜6°であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の 遊星歯車式変速機。 8. 中空歯車キャリヤ(8)が軸方向において遊星歯車キャリヤ(6)に、 軸方向に作用するころ軸受(58)によって支持されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項ないし第7項のいずれか1項に記載の遊星歯車式変速機。 9. ころ軸受(58)が遊星歯車キャリヤ(6)の軸受(68)の軸方向隙 間より大きな軸方向隙間を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項記載の 遊星歯車式変速機。 10. 太陽歯車歯(3)が駆動軸(2)上に歯で直接形成されていることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に記載の遊星歯車式変 速機。 11. 太陽歯車歯(3)が駆動軸(2)に相対回転不能に結合されている太 陽歯車(1)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第9項 のいずれか1項に記載の遊星歯車式変速機。 12. 圧力面・組(19、20)の圧力面を形成している圧力リング(17 、18)が太陽歯車(1)に溶接によって結合されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第11項記載の遊星歯車式変速機。
