Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.イソチアゾリンまたはニトロブロモ化合物を含む製品中にイミダゾールまた はイミダゾール派生体を含むバッファー系を含有させることによる、前記製品の 抗微生物活性を促進させる方法。 2.前記抗微生物化合物がイソチアゾリンおよびニトロブロモ化合物の両方を含 むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.前記製品が診療用診断試薬であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の 方法。 4.前記イソチアゾリンが5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3− オンおよび2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物であることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の方法。 5.前記イソチアゾリン群の濃度が溶液の1−25ppmの間であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第4項記載の方法。 6.前記濃度が10−25ppmの間であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項 記載の方法。 7.前記濃度が16−20ppmの間であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項 記載の方法。 8.前記ニトロブロモ化合物が5−ブロモ−5−ニトロ−1、3−ジオキサンで あることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の方法。 9.前記5−ブロモ−5−ニトロ−1、3−ジオキサンが溶液の30−250p pmの間の濃度で存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項記載の方法。 10.前記5−ブロモ−5−ニトロ−1、3−ジオキサンが溶液の100−250 ppmの間で存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 11.前記5−ブロモ−5−ニトロ−1、3−ジオキサンが溶液の180−220 ppmの間で存在することを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12.前記バッファーシステムが5から70mmol/l溶液で存在することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 13.前記バッファーシステムが40から60mmol/l溶液で存在することを 特徴とする請求の範囲第12項記載の方法。 14.前記バッファーシステムが48から58mmol/lで存在することを特徴 とする請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 15.診療用診断試薬中にイミダゾールまたはイミダゾール派生体から成るバッフ ァー系を含有させることによる、前記診療用診断試薬の抗微生物活性を促進させ る方法であって、前記抗微生物化合物が(1)1−25ppmの濃度で存在して いる5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンおよび2−メチル −4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンの混合物、および(2)30−250ppmの 濃度で存在している5−ブロモ−5−ニトロ−1、3−ジオキサンであり、前記 バッファー系が48から58mmol/lの濃度で存在していることを特徴とす る方法。 16.イミダゾールまたはその派生体を含む試薬を用いることによる、グルコース または乳酸電気化学的バイオセンサーの反応を安定化させる方法。 17.前記試薬が付加的に親水性界面活性剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第16項記載の方法。 18.前記親水性界面活性剤が18以上のHLBを有することを特徴とする請求の 範囲第17項記載の方法。 19.前記界面活性剤がポリオキシエチレン(100)ステアリルエーテルである ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第18項記載の方法。
