Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 本発明は、液圧制御および/または調整装置、特に自動車のブレーキシス テムのスリップコントロール用液圧式装置であって、調整要素に配置されたアキ ュムレータ要素,バルブ要素、圧力発生要素および駆動要素のような、複数の液 圧式、機械式および/または電気式に操作可能な機能要素と、前記機能要素を互 いに接合し、少なくとも1つの流体源と液圧流体消費部との間に液圧式に操作可 能な結合、および前記機能要素の作動のための制御装置への結合を提供するのに 適した複数の加圧流体チャンネルとを有し、 前記機能要素(1、2、3、4)と協同する前記複数の中空室(1’、2’、 3’、4’)は、換気システムの少なくとも一つの圧力補償チャンネル(6、6 ’)に接続された換気点(5)のみを介した大気との圧力バランスのために、中 空室(1ないし4’)の換気と息抜きを可能とする結合換気システムに接続され ていることを特徴とする液圧式装置。 2. 前記アキュムレータ要素(1)の前記中空室(1’)に接続された前記圧 力補償チャンネル(6)は、前記バルブ要素(3)を調節し、カバーユニット( 7)内に配置された中空室(3’)内で直接終了していて、カバーユニット(7 )内において前記駆動要素(2)および圧力発生要素(4)と協同している他の 圧力補償チャンネル(6’)は、圧力補償チャンネル(6)内で終了していて、 前記換気点(5)は、前記カバーユニット(7)の壁に設けられていることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の液圧式装置。 3. 前記換気点(5)は、ガス透過性であるが液体と固体物質は不透過性な壁 部(8)を有していることを特徴とする前記請求項1または2いずれか1項記載 の液圧式装置。 4. 前記換気点(5)は、息抜き用ダイアフラムを調節することを特徴とする 請求項1ないし3いずれか1項記載の液圧式装置。 5. 前記換気点(5)は、中空室(1’ないし4’)を蒸気の進入から封止す る1方向バルブを有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか1項記載の 液圧式装置。 6. ホース(9)は、前記換気点(5)に接続されていることを特徴とする請 求項1ないし5いずれか1項記載の液圧式装置。 7. 前記アキュムレータ要素(1)の作動室から離隔した前記中空室(1’) は、前記調整要素(10)の圧力補償チャンネル(6)を介して駆動要素(2) の中空室(2’)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液圧式装置 。 8. 駆動要素(2)と離隔した前記調整要素(10)の端面は、前記バルブ要 素(3)を調整するカバーユニット(7)によって規定されていて、前記換気点 (5)は、前記調整要素(10)の端面と前記カバーユニット(7)との間に設 けられている特徴とする請求項7記載の液圧式装置。
