Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本発明は、注型複合材料製品を生産する方法を提供するものであって、重合 体母材および異なる充填剤の2区域が存在、前記製品は向かい合う表面を持ち、 ほぼ平坦であること、そのような製品の第1区域は充填剤プラス母材の重量をも とにして10から80重量%の範囲のレベルで充填剤を有する製品の1つの表面 を含むこと、および、第2区域は前記第1の表面と向かい合い、いずれも充填材 およびバブルプラス母材の重量をもとにして5から60重量%の充填剤および3 から30重量%のバブルを有する第2の表面を含むこと、前記第1と第2区域は 、本質的に2つの区域間で無充填母材層のない連続体を形成することを特徴とし 、前記方法は、重合性単量体(1つまたは複数)、重合開始剤、充填剤およびバ ブルを含む硬化性混合物を一緒に混合するステップを含み、前記充填剤は、少な くともバブルの比重より少なくとも1.0g/cc高い比重を持っており、混合物を 平坦な表面上に注型するステップと、バブルが上昇し、かつ、充填材の大部分が 沈殿するような分離を助ける振動を加えるステップと、および、単量体(1つま たは複数)が硬化し重合して前記2区域を持つ注型製品を形成するステップとを 具えることを特徴とする方法。
