Claims (18)
- 1.模様付き表面を有する熱成形可能アクリル生成物を製造するための方法であ って、シロップの重量に基づいて、メチルメタクリレート約80〜約95重量% 及びポリメチルメタクリレート約5〜約95重量%並びに粒状ポリメチルメタク リレート5〜約25重量%を含んで成るシロップに混合し、前記粒状ポリメチル メタクリレートの前記シロップ中での膨潤を可能にし、そして前記粒状ポリメチ ルメタクリレートを含む前記シロップを硬化することを含んで成る方法。
- 2.請求の範囲第1項記載の方法により製造されるアクリル生成物。
- 3.請求の範囲第21項記載のアクリル生成物を熱成形することによって製造さ れる熱成形生成物。
- 4.前記シロップが不活性無機充填剤を含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 5.前記粒状ポリメチルメタクリレートが、架橋されないポリメチルメタクリレ ート約10〜30重量%を含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 6.前記粒状ポリメチルメタクリレートが、主に約0.1mm〜約2.0mmの 粒度を有する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 7.前記粒度が主に、その短い寸法において約0.2〜約0.5mmである請求 の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 8.前記シロップ中のポリメチルメタクリレートが、約150,000〜約60 0,000の分子量を有する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 9.前記粒状ポリメチルメタクリレート約20〜約25重量%が架橋されない請 求の範囲第5項記載の方法。
- 10.前記シロップが少量のブチルアクリレートを含む請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。
- 11.前記無機充填剤がアルミニウム三水和物である請求の範囲第4項記載の方 法。
- 12.前記無機充填剤がアルミニウム三水和物であり、そして完成品の約10〜 約55重量%の量で存在する請求の範囲第4項記載の方法。
- 13.ポリメチルメタクリレートの予備成形された粒子をその中に分散している ポリメチルメタクリレートのマトリックスを含んで成るアクリル生成物であって 、前記予備成形された粒子の組成物の約70%〜90%が架橋されたポリメチル メタクリレートを含んで成り、前記マトリックスが前記予備成形された粒子間を 浸透する連続性を示すアクリル生成物。
- 14.前記予備成形された粒子の組成物の約10%〜約55重量%(前記アルミ ナ三水和物を含む前記製品に基づく)が、アルミナ三水和物を含んで成る請求の 範囲第13項記載のアクリル生成物。
- 15.模様付き表面を有するシートの形で存在する請求の範囲第13項記載のア クリル生成物。
- 16.花崗岩に類似する外観を付与するために着色剤成分を含む請求の範囲第1 5項記載のアクリル生成物。
- 17.請求の範囲第15項記載のシートを熱成形することによって製造される製 品。
- 18.前記予備成形された粒子間を浸透するマトリックスの一部を含む前記予備 成形された粒子が、前記製品少なくとも約10体積%を含んで成る請求の範囲第 13項記載の製品。
