Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶媒中に溶解したセルロースを含有する液晶溶液であって、以下の点: −該溶液は10重量%を越えるセルロースを含有し、 −室温かつ静止状態では、光学的に異方性であり、 −該溶媒は、少なくとも1種の燐酸を、85重量%を越える量で含有し、該燐酸 または全ての燐酸は、平均して以下の式: [n(P2O5),p(H2O)], 0.33<(n/p)< 1.0 で表される、 によって特徴付けられる、上記液晶溶液。 2.以下の関係式: 0.5 ≦(n/p) ≦0.75 によって特徴付けられる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の溶液 3.該溶媒が、0〜15% 未満の水と、85% を越える少なくとも1種の燐酸とから 調製される(ここで、%は該溶媒の重量基準である)という事実によって特徴付 けられる、請求の範囲第1または2項に記載の溶液。 4.該溶媒が、0〜15% 未満の水および85% を越える少なくとも1種の燐酸のみ から調製される(ここで、%は該溶媒の重量基準である)という事実によって特 徴付けられる、請求の範囲第3項に記載の溶液。 5.該燐酸がピロ燐酸またはポリ燐酸である、という事実によって特徴付けられ る、請求の範囲第1〜4項の何れかに記載の溶液。 6.15重量%を越えるセルロースを含有する、という事実によって特徴付けられ る、請求の範囲第1〜5項の何れかに記載の溶液。 7.紡糸性溶液である、という事実によって特徴付けられる、請求の範囲第1〜 6項の何れかに記載の溶液。 8.請求の範囲第1〜7項の何れかに記載の溶液を製造するための方法であって 、 −セルロースを溶媒と接触させ、ここで、該溶媒は85重量%を越える、少なく とも1種の燐酸を含み、該燐酸またはこれら全ての燐酸は、平均して以下の式: [n(P2O5),p(H2O)], 0.33<(n/p)< 1.0 で表され、 −セルロースと溶媒との混合物を基準として、10重量%を越える量のセルロー スを使用し、 −該セルロースを、該溶媒と共に混練することにより直接溶解する、 ことを特徴とする、上記溶液の製造方法。 9.以下の関係式: 0.5 ≦(n/p) ≦0.75 によって特徴付けられる、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.該溶媒が、0〜15%未満の水と、85%を越える少なくとも1種の燐酸とから 調製される(ここで、%は該溶媒の重量基準である)という事実によって特徴付 けられる、請求の範囲第8または9項に記載の方法。 11.該溶媒が、0〜15%未満の水および85%を越える少なくとも1種の燐酸のみ から調製される(ここで、%は該溶媒の重量基準である)という事実によって特 徴付けられる、請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 12.該燐酸がピロ燐酸またはポリ燐酸である、という事実によって特徴付けられ る、請求の範囲第8〜11項の何れかに記載の方法。 13.セルロースと溶媒との混合物を基準として、15重量%を越える量で、セルロ ースを使用する、という事実によって特徴付けられる、請求の範囲第8〜12項の 何れかに記載の方法。 14.セルロース繊維またはフィルムの製造方法であって、 −請求の範囲第7項に記載の溶液を、繊維またはフィルムの形状にある、液状 押出物に変換する工程と、 −該液状押出物を凝固媒体中で凝固させる工程と、 −このようにして生成した繊維またはフィルムを洗浄し、かつ乾燥する工程と 、 を含む、上記方法。 15.該凝固剤がアルコールまたはケトンを主成分とするものである、という事実 によって特徴付けられる、請求の範囲第14項に記載の方法。 16.該方法が、「非−凝固性層による紡糸」技術(ドライ−ジェット−ウエット 紡糸法)として知られる紡糸技術に従って使用される、という事実によって特 徴付けられる、請求の範囲第14または15項に記載の方法。 17.請求の範囲第14〜16項の何れかに記載の方法によって製造されることを特徴 とする、繊維またはフィルム。 18.再生されておらず、かつ以下の関係: Te>70; Mi>1500 (ここで、TeはcN/texで表した該繊維の靭性であり、またMiはcN/texで表した その初期モジュラスである) の少なくとも一つを満足する、という事実によって特徴付けられるセルロース 繊維。 19.以下の関係式: Te>90; Mi>2500 の少なくとも一つを満足する、という事実によって特徴付けられる、請求の範 囲第18項に記載の繊維。 20.少なくとも1種の請求の範囲第17項に記載の繊維および/またはフィルム、 および/または少なくとも1種の請求の範囲第18または19項に記載の繊維を含む ことを特徴とする強化用アセンブリー。 21.少なくとも1種の請求の範囲第17項に記載の繊維および/またはフィルム、 および/または請求の範囲第18または19項に記載の繊維によって、および/また は少なくとも1種の請求の範囲第20項に記載の強化用アセンブリーによって強化 された物品。 22.該物品がタイヤである、請求の範囲第21項に記載の物品。
