Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶解された有機炭素を水から除去するための方法であって、 a.溶解された有機炭素を含む水にイオン交換樹脂を添加し; b.前記樹脂上への前記溶解された有機炭素の吸着を可能にするために前記水 に前記樹脂を分散し;そして c.前記溶解された有機炭素により負荷された樹脂を前記水から分離する工程 を含む方法。 2.前記樹脂が、機械的撹拌、水に含浸された混合ポンプ又は空気撹拌により 分散される請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記負荷された樹脂が、沈降、スクリーニング又はそれらの組合せにより 水から分離される請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.前記負荷された樹脂が沈降により水から分離され、そして前記イオン交換 樹脂が水よりも一層密度が高い請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記沈降された樹脂が真空収集により集められる請求項第4記載の方法。 6.前記沈降が傾けられたプレート又は管状モジュールにより促進せしめられ る請求項第4又は5記載の方法。 7.前記イオン交換樹脂がカチオン官能基を有する請求項1〜6のいずれかに 記載の方法。 8.前記イオン交換樹脂が粒状であり、そして前記粒子が 100μm以下の直径 を有する請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.前記イオン交換樹脂粒子が25μm〜75μmの範囲の直径を有する請求項8 記載の方法。 10.前記イオン交換樹脂がマクロ多孔性である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載 の方法。 11.前記イオン交換樹脂が架橋されたポリスチレン基材のポリマ ーから製造される請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.前記イオン交換樹脂が水1l当たり湿潤樹脂 0.5〜5mlの範囲で水に存在 する請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.前記樹脂が再循環され、そして再生される請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載 の方法。 14.a.古い樹脂をカラム中に充填し; b.溶解された有機炭素の樹脂からの脱着のために前記充填されたカラム にブラインを通す樹脂再生工程を含む請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.イオン交換樹脂が汚染された水に分散される、溶液から汚染物を除去する ための工程を含む請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の方法。 16.前記イオン交換樹脂が磁気イオン交換樹脂である請求項1〜15のいずれか に記載の方法。 17.溶解された有機炭素を水から除去するための方法であって、 a.溶解された有機炭素を含む水に磁気イオン交換樹脂を添加し; b.前記磁気イオン交換樹脂上への前記溶解された有機炭素の吸着を可能にす るために前記水に前記樹脂を分散し; c.前記溶解された有機炭素により負荷された磁気イオン交換樹脂を凝集せし め;そして d.前記溶解された有機炭素により負荷された、凝集された磁気イオン交換樹 脂を水から分離する工程を含む方法。 18.前記磁気イオン交換樹脂が、その磁気イオン交換樹脂を分散された状態で 維持するために十分な剪断力を伴って水に分散される請求項17記載の方法。 19.前記負荷された樹脂が、沈降、スクリーニング又はそれらの 組合せにより水から分離される請求項17又は18記載の方法。 20.前記負荷された樹脂が沈降により水から分離され、そして前記イオン交換 樹脂が水よりも一層密度が高い請求項19記載の方法。 21.前記沈降された樹脂が真空収集により集められる請求項20記載の方法。 22.前記沈降が傾けられたプレート又は管状モジュールにより促進せしめられ る請求項20又は21記載の方法。 23.前記イオン交換樹脂がカチオン官能基を有する請求項17〜22のいずれかに 記載の方法。 24.前記イオン交換樹脂が粒状であり、そして前記粒子が 100μm以下の直径 を有する請求項17〜23のいずれかに記載の方法。 25.前記イオン交換樹脂粒子が25μm〜75μmの範囲の直径を有する請求項17 〜24のいずれかに記載の方法。 26.前記イオン交換樹脂がマクロ多孔性である請求項17〜25のいずれかに記載 の方法。 27.前記イオン交換樹脂が架橋されたポリスチレン基材のポリマーから製造さ れる請求項17〜26のいずれかに記載の方法。 28.前記イオン交換樹脂が水1l当たり湿潤樹脂 0.5〜5mlの範囲で水に存在 する請求項17〜27のいずれかに記載の方法。 29.前記樹脂が再循環され、そして再生される請求項17〜28のいずれかに記載 の方法。 30.a.古い樹脂をカラム中に充填し; b.溶解された有機炭素の樹脂からの脱着のために前記充填されたカラム にブラインを通す樹脂再生工程を含む請求項17〜29のいずれかに記載の方法。 31.イオン交換樹脂が汚染された水に分散される、溶液から汚染物を除去する ための工程を含む請求項17〜30のいずれかに記載の方 法。 32.前記方法が水を消毒する追加の工程を含む請求項1〜31のいずれかに記載 の方法。 33.前記水が塩素により消毒される請求項32記載の方法。 34.前記方法が予備処理であり、その後、その予備処理された水が膜濾過に付 される請求項1〜33のいずれかに記載の方法。 35.前記方法が予備処理であり、その後、その予備処理された水が凝固/沈降 方法に付される請求項1〜33のいずれかに記載の方法。 36.前記方法が、イオン交換樹脂により処理の後、活性炭により水を処理する 追加の工程を含む請求項1〜35のいずれかに記載の方法。 37.前述の例のいずれか1つに関して実質的に前記に記載されるような方法。
