Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)一連のパルスを送信路とゲート路に同時に入力するためのパルス 発生器と、 (b)受信アンテナを含む受信路と、 を備え、 (c)対応する送信パルスを送信アンテナに加えるために、前記送信路に沿っ て送られた前記パルスがインパルス発生器を駆動し、 (d)前記ゲート路はタイミングを計ったパルスを発生するために距離遅延発 生器を含み、 (e)タイミングを計った前記パルスは、身体部から反射され、前記受信アン テナにより受信されたパルスを、前記受信路に選択的に通させる、 1つまたは複数の身体部の動きを検出するモニタ。 2. 請求項1記載のモニタであって、内部身体部は心臓を含み、モニタが心 臓の動きを非音響的に指示するモニタ。 3. 請求項2記載のモニタであって、身体部は肺を含み、モニタが肺の動き を非音響的に指示するモニタ。 4. 請求項2記載のモニタであって、身体部は更に肺を含み、モニタが心臓 および肺の物理的な動きに対応する出力電位を発生し、前記出力電位は心臓の物 理的な動きを示す心臓出力と、肺の物理的な動きを示す肺出力とに分離すること ができるモニタ。 5. 請求項4記載のモニタであって、前記出力電位を前記心臓出力に分離す る帯域通過フィルタを更に含むモニタ。 6. 請求項4記載のモニタであって、前記出力電位を前記肺出力に分離する 帯域通過フィルタを更に含むモニタ。 7. 請求項1記載のモニタであって、前記受信路が、前記ゲート路からのゲ ートパルスによりゲートされる標本化・保持回路を更に含むモニタ。 8. 請求項7記載のモニタであって、ゲートパルスが、前記送信アンテナが 送信パルスを放射した時から約2nsだけ遅延させられ、ゲート路が、前記標本 化・保持回路をゲートするための200psゲートパルスを生ずるインパルス発 生器を更に含むモニタ。 9. 請求項1記載のモニタであって、タイミングを計った前記パルスがモニ タの距離ゲートを決定するモニタ。 10. 請求項9記載のモニタであって、前記受信路が、前記ゲート路からの 前記ゲートパルスによりゲートされる標本化・保持回路を更に含み、前記標本化 ・保持回路が前記受信路に沿うパルスを最低1000回標本化するモニタ。 11. 請求項9記載のモニタであって、前記受信路が、背景反射を差し引く 加算素子と、その加算素子の出力を増幅する増幅器とを更に含むモニタ。 12. 請求項11記載のモニタであって、オーディオ発振器を更に含み、そ のオーディオ発振器の出力に前記増幅器からの出力が乗じられ、前記身体部の動 く速度に関連するドップラー効果を発生するために、前記オーディオ発振器の出 力が前記増幅器からの信号の変化率により周波数変調されるモニタ。 13. 請求項12記載のモニタであって、前記受信路が、前記増幅器からの 信号の変化率を得るための微分回路を更に含むモニタ。 14. 請求項11記載のモニタであって、前記受信路が積分器を含む帰還路 を更に含み、その積分器が、平衡に達するまで前記AC結合された増幅器の出力 をサーボし、それにより、前記AC結合された増幅器の出力が前記積分器に加え られる基準電圧に等しくさせられるモニタ。 15. 請求項11記載のモニタであって、肺の動きに対するセンサの総体の 動きに関連する大きい信号に対して小さいAC結合時定数が存在し、心臓の動き に関連する正常な信号レベルに対してはるかに大きいAC結合時定数が存在する ように、二重時定数回路を更に含むモニタ。 16. 請求項15記載のモニタであって、前記二重時定数回路は抵抗により シャントされた2個の逆向きにされたダイオードを含むモニタ。 17. 請求項1記載のモニタであって、タイミングを計った前記パルスが少 なくとも第1の距離ゲートと第2の距離ゲートを決定するモニタ。 18. 請求項1記載のモニタであって、前記送信路がホモダイン信号を発生 するホモダイン発振器を更に含むモニタ。 19. 請求項18記載のモニタであって、前記インパルス発生器を所定のホ モダイン周波数で選択的にスイッチオンおよびスイッチオフするために前記ホモ ダイン信号が前記インパルス発生器に供給されるモニタ。 20. (a)一連のパルスを送信路とゲート路に同時に入力する過程と、 (b)対応する送信パルスを送信アンテナに加えるために、前記送信路に沿っ て前記パルス送る過程と、 (c)距離遅延発生器によりタイミングを計ったパルスを前記ゲート路に沿っ て発生する過程と、 (d)タイミングを計った前記パルスが、身体部から反射され、前記受信アン テナにより受信されたパルスを、前記受信路に選択的に通させる、 1つまたは複数の身体部の動きをモニタする方法。
