Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.抗生物質がイミン結合を介して多糖に結合している、多糖と未酸化の生物 学的活性なポリエン抗生物質との実質的に安定な水溶性複合体。 2.前記抗生物質がナイスタチン(nystatin)である請求の範囲1に 記載の複合体。 3.抗生物質がアミン結合を介して多糖に結合している、多糖と未酸化の生物 学的活性なポリエン抗生物質との実質的に安定な水溶性複合体。 4.前記抗生物質がナイスタチンである請求の範囲3に記載の複合体。 5.a)前記多糖を過ヨウ素酸酸化によってジアルデヒドに活性化し、 b)前記ジアルデヒドを妨害アニオンおよび副生成物から精製し、 c)前記抗生物質をシッフ塩基形成によって前記精製ジアルデヒドに結合して前 記複合体を生成させ、そして d)前記複合体を精製すること、 を含んでなるポリエン抗生物質の実質的に安定な水溶性の多糖複合体の製造方法 。 6.工程(c)に続いて、前記複合体を還元剤によってアミン複合体に還元す る工程をさらに含んでなる請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 7.前記抗生物質がナイスタチンである請求の範囲5に記載の複合体。 8.前記抗生物質がアンホテリシンB(amphotericin B)であ る請求の範囲5に記載の複合体。 9.前記多糖がデキストランである請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 10.前記デキストランが9000〜75,000ドルトン(dalton) の間の分子量を有する請求の範囲9に記載の方法。 11.前記多糖がアラビノガラクタンである請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 12.前記還元剤がNaBH4、NaHSO3、およびHO−NH2:HClを 含んでなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 13.前記還元剤がNaBH4である請求の範囲12に記載の方法。 14.前記ジアルデヒドが、強塩基性アニオン交換樹脂に通塔することによっ て、精製される請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 15.請求の範囲5に記載の方法に従って製造された、ポリエン抗生物質の実 質的に安定な水溶性の多糖イミン複合体。 16.請求の範囲6に記載の方法に従って製造された、ポリエン抗生物質の実 質的に安定な水溶性の多糖アミン複合体。 17.ナイスタチン−デキストランである請求の範囲15に記載の複合体。 18.ナイスタチン−デキストランである請求の範囲16に記載の複合体。 19.請求の範囲15に記載の複合体を含んでなる、真菌感染症の治療に使用 するための医薬組成物。 20.静脈内投与に適した請求の範囲19に記載の医薬組成物。
