Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)非セルロース質有機素材を還元剤とアルカリとの存在下に染料で処 理し、 (b)工程(a)で生成された処理素材を酸化する 工程を含む染料による非セルロース質有機素材の染色方法において; 得られる染色された素材が英国標準試験BS1006 B01および/またはB 02(1978)により5もしくはそれ以上の耐光性を有しおよび/または英国 標準試験BS1006 CO6.C2(1981)により5もしくはそれ以上の 耐洗性を有しおよび/または20%もしくはそれ以下の400nmの光の反射率 %を有するように、工程(a)で使用する還元剤の濃度および/または還元電位 とアルカリの濃度とを通常のバット染色につき使用されるよりも増大させること を特徴とする非セルロース質有機素材の染色方法。 2. 工程(a)を少なくとも0.5モルの濃度におけるアルカリの存在下に行 う請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. アルカリが1モルもしくはそれ以上の濃度である請求の 範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. アルカリが1〜4モルの濃度である請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5. 工程(a)における還元剤とアルカリとの比が、0.1〜10gのバット 染料につき、0.01モルの水酸化ナトリウムもしくはその等価のアルカリ当り 0.001モルの亜ジチオン酸ナトリウムに等価な還元剤よりも大である請求の 範囲第1〜4項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6. 染料がバット染料である請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか一項に記載の方 法。 7. 染料がバット黒色染料である請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 8. 染料を工程(a)にて、アルカリおよび還元剤の水溶液中に90〜100 ℃の温度で浸漬することにより適用する請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。 9. 染料を工程(a)にて、染料と水酸化ナトリウムと還元剤とを含むペース トを素材に施し、次いで水蒸気を100〜140℃にて加えるプリント処理によ って適用する請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10. 素材が合成有機素材である請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 11. 素材をポリアリールアミド(ケブラーもしくはノメックス(登録商標) )、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、アセテート、2 °−アセテート、トリアセテートおよびアクリランから選択する請求の範囲第1 〜10項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 12. 得られる染色された素材が700〜1200nmにて65%もしくはそ れ以下の光の反射率を有する請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれか一項に記載の方 法。 13. 得られる素材が染色されたカーキ色であって、700〜1200nmで 65%もしくはそれ以下の光の反射率を有する請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法 。 14. 得られる素材が染色された緑色であって、700〜1200nmで50 %もしくはそれ以下の光の反射率を有する請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 15. 得られる素材が染色された褐色であって、700〜1200nmで27 .5%もしくはそれ以下の光の反射率を有する請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法 。 16. 得られる素材が染色された黒色であって、700〜1200nmで12 .5%もしくはそれ以下の光の反射率を有する請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法 。 17. 400〜680nmにて10%もしくはそれ以下および700〜120 0nmにて65%もしくはそれ以下の光の反射率を有することを特徴とする染色 された非セルロース質有機素材。 18. 700〜1200nmにて50%もしくはそれ以下の光の反射率を有す る請求の範囲第17項に記載の素材。 19. 700〜1200nmにて27.5%もしくはそれ以下の反射率を有す る請求の範囲第17項に記載の素材。 20. 700〜1200nmにて12.5%もしくはそれ以下の反射率を有す る請求の範囲第17項に記載の素材。 21. 素材がバット染料で染色されたものである請求の範囲第17〜20項の いずれか一項に記載の素材。 22. 素材がバット黒色染色された素材である請求の範囲第17〜20項のい ずれか一項に記載の素材。 23. 「5」もしくはそれ以上の英国標準試験BS1006 CO6.C2( 1981)による耐洗性を有する請求の範囲 第17〜21項のいずれか一項に記載の素材。 24. 「5」もしくはそれ以上の英国標準試験BS1006 B01およびB 02(1978)による耐光性を有する請求の範囲第17〜22項のいずれか一 項に記載の素材。 25. 「7」もしくはそれ以上の英国標準試験BS1006 B01およびB 02(1978)による耐光性を有する請求の範囲第24項に記載の素材。 26. ポリアリールアミド(ケブラーもしくはノメックス(登録商標))、ナ イロン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリウレタン、アセテート、2°−ア セテート、トリアセテートおよびアクリランから選択される請求の範囲第17〜 25項のいずれか一項に記載の素材。 27. 素材がナイロン微小繊維素材である請求の範囲第25項に記載の素材。 28. 請求の範囲第1〜17項のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる染 色された素材。
