Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.研磨物品の製造方法であって、その研磨物品が、一定量の保持粉末及び少 なくとも1の多数の超研磨粒子を含んで成り、その方法が、その保持粉末の予備 的形成品を製造する段階、その多数の超研磨粒子をその予備的形成品内に入れる 段階、及びその予備的形成品を加熱する段階を含み、その方法が、バイダー及び 上記の保持粉末からその予備的形成品を製造する段階を含み、ここで、その予備 的形成品が軟かく、変形容易であり、そして柔軟であるように、そのバイダーの 容量が、上記量の保持粉末の容量よりも大きいような方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品を加熱する段階が、そ の予備的形成品に対し圧力を加えながらその予備的形成品を加熱する段階を、さ らに含むような方法。 3.請求項1に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品の製造段階前に、その バインダー及び保持粉末にその超研磨粒子を添加する段階を含むような方法。 4.請求項1に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品内に多数の超研磨粒子 を入れる段階が、その予備的形成品の1の側の上にその多数の超研磨粒子を入れ る段階を含むような方法。 5.請求項1に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品内に多数の超研磨粒子 を入れる段階が、その超研磨粒子をランダムに分布させる段階を含んで成るよう な方法。 6.請求項1に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品に多数の超研磨粒子を 入れる段階が、その超研磨粒子を順番に分布させる段階を含むような方法。 7.請求項1に記載の方法であって、さらに、その予備的形成品 の製造段階が、支持体上でその予備的形成品を形成する段階を含んで成るような 方法。 8.請求項7に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品を形成する段階の前に その支持体上にその多数の超研磨粒子を置く段階を含むような方法。 9.請求項8に記載の方法であって、その超研磨粒子がその支持体上にランダ ムに分布されるような方法。 10.請求項8に記載の方法であって、その超研磨粒子がその支持体上に順番に 分布されるような方法。 11.請求項8に記載の方法であって、その支持体がその支持体の表面に延びる 多数の開口を含み、そしてその方法がその支持体の上記開口内にその超研磨粒子 を入れる段階を含むような方法。 12.請求項1に記載の方法であって、さらに、その予備的形成品の加熱段階の 前にアセンブリーを製造するためにその予備的形成品に対して細孔性層を置く段 階を含み、その細孔性層が、その保持粉末及びその超研磨粒子の動きを拘束する ためにその表面に延びる多数の開口をもつことを特徴とする方法。 13.請求項12に記載の方法であって、その超研磨粒子とその予備的形成品との 間にその細孔性層を置く段階を含むような方法。 14.請求項12に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品を加熱する段階の前に その細孔性層に対し他の予備的形成品を置く段階を含むような方法。 15.請求項12に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品の製造段階が、支持体 上にその予備的形成品を作ることにより行われ、その支持体が、その中に開口を もち、そして上記細孔性層として作用するような方法。 16.請求項15に記載の方法であって、その予備的形成品の製造段 階前に、その支持体上にその超研磨粒子を置く段階を含むような方法。 17.請求項12に記載の方法であって、その細孔性層が、その保持粉末よりも低 融点をもつように選ばれ、そしてその方法がさらに、その細孔性層を溶融させる ために十分にそのアセンブリーを加熱する段階を含むような方法。 18.請求項15に従って作られた製品。
