Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者内で行うべき拡大手術及び別の手術を含む治療療法に使用される装置で あって、 A.患者の内部通路に差し向けられるためのカテーテル手段を有し、前記カテ ーテル手段が、近位端及び遠位端と、該近位端及び遠位端に夫々隣接した近位部 分及び遠位部分と、ほぼ平行な第1、第2及び第3管腔とを備え、前記第1管腔 が、前記第2管腔及び第3管腔よりも大きく、これらの管腔が前記遠位部分と前 記遠位部分との間を延び、 B.前記近位端での操作に応答して前記遠位部分で作動することができるよう に前記第2管腔を通って延びる、拡大手術を行うための拡大手段と、 C.前記カテーテル手段及び前記拡大手段の近位部分に取付けられた、前記カ テーテル手段の近位の箇所から前記拡大手段を操作するための前記近位端の操作 手段と、 D.前記第1管腔への出入りを可能にするための、前記カテーテル手段の前記 近位部分の第1管腔近位口と、 E.前記カテーテル手段の遠位端でのその他の手術の遠隔制御を可能にするた め、前記第3管腔への出入口を作るための、前記カテーテル手段の前記近位端の 第3管腔近位口とを有する、 前記装置。 2.前記カテーテル手段が、その前記遠位端に第1管腔遠位口を更に有する、請 求項1に記載の装置。 6.前記拡大手段が、前記第2管腔の遠位端で前記カテーテル手段に取付けられ た遠位端を備えた切断ワイヤを有し、前記切断ワイヤの一部が、前記カテーテル 手段の前記遠位部分の一部と同延に、或る長さに亘って、前記カテーテル手段の 外にあり、前記操作手段には前記切断ワイヤの近位端を操作することが伴う、請 求項1に記載の装置。 7.前記切断ワイヤが、rf加熱源からのエネルギに応答して作動し、前記操作 手段が、前記切断ワイヤをrf加熱源に連結するためのコネクタ手段を有する、 請求項6に記載の装置。 15.十二指腸鏡の作動チャンネルを介して胆管幹から物を除去する装置であって 、 A.作動チャンネル及びオッジの括約筋を介して胆管幹に差し向けられるため のカテーテル手段を有し、前記カテーテル手段が、近位端及び遠位端と、該近位 端及び遠位端に夫々隣接した近位部分及び遠位部分と、ほぼ平行な第1、第2及 び第3管腔とを備え、前記第1管腔が、前記第2管腔及び第3管腔よりも大きく 、これらの管腔が前記遠位部分と前記遠位部分との間を延び、前記各管腔が、前 記カテーテル手段の前記近位部分及び遠位部分に近位口及び遠位口を有し、前記 第1管腔の前記遠位口が前記カテーテル手段の前記遠位端に配置され、 B.オッジの括約筋を切断するための括約筋切開手段を有し、前記括約筋切開 手段が、前記第2管腔を通って延び、前記カテーテル手段の前記遠位部分の一部 と同延である或る長さに亘って、前記遠位口から前記カテーテル手段の外にある 切断ワイヤと、前記カテーテル手段の近位部分に取付けられたハンドル手段とを 備え、前記切断ワイヤを位置決めするための、前記切断ワイヤの近位部分が、前 記第2管腔の前記近位口を出、 C.前記カテーテル手段の遠位部分に取付けられ、前記第3管腔の前記遠位口 と同延である膨張可能なバルーンを有し、前記第3管腔の前記近位口から膨張流 体を与えることによって前記膨張可能なバルーンの膨張を可能にする、 前記装置。
