Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 身分証明カードや銀行カード等の単層あるいは多層形データキャリア であって、少なくとも一つのプラスチック層を備え、当該プラスチック層を熱で 再結晶しないポリエステルとして特に再結晶しないポリエチレンテレフタレート で構成し、当該プラスチック層の体積中の少なくとも部分的な領域に閉塞防止剤 を含めたことを特徴とするデータキャリア。 2. 前記熱で再結晶しないポリエステルはグリコールとCHDMとで改質され たポリエチレンテレフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデータキ ャリア。 3. 前記データキャリアは、熱で再結晶しないポリエステル層を二層有し 、当該二層のポリエステル層の内の少なくとも一層は少なくとも部分的な領域が 透明であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のデータキャリア。 4. 前記閉塞防止剤は、0.1〜3wt%の範囲内の濃度を有し、好適には0.5〜 2wt%の範囲内の濃度を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の内の何れか1項 に記載のデータキャリア。 5. 前記閉塞防止剤が配置される部分領域は、外面から最長で外側層(5,1 2)の中央まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の内の何れか1項に記 載のデータキャリア。 6. 前記閉塞防止剤は、パラフィン基、ポリエチレンろう基、ステアリル アルコール基、モンタン酸基、ステアリン酸カルシュム、ステアリン酸亜鉛、モ ンタンカルシュム、モンタン酸エステルろう、あるいは部分的に鹸化したモンタ ン酸エステルろうから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の内の何れか 1項に記載のデータキャリア。 7. 前記化学的に改質された層の内の少なくとも一層は、透明か、半透明 か、あるいは部分的に不透明であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の内の何れ か1項に記載のデータキャリア。 8. 前記複数層の内の少なくとも一層は、その内側にプリントが施されて いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の内の何れか1項に記載のデータキャリア 。 9. 別の不透明な少なくとも一つの層を前記二層の間に配設したことを特 徴とする請求項1乃至8の内の何れか1項に記載のデータキャリア。 10. 前記別の層は、紙、あるいはプラスチックで構成されプリントされて いることを特徴とする請求項9記載のデータキャリア。 11. 前記別の層の厚みが200〜650ミクロンであり、この層の外側の層の厚 みが50〜300ミクロンであることを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載のデータキャ リア。 12. 前記データキャリアの全ての層を、化学的に改質された熱で 再結晶しないポリエステルで構成したことを特徴とする請求項9乃至11の内の何 れか1項記載のデータキャリア。 13. 前記複数層の少なくとも一層は放射吸収性添加剤を含有していること を特徴とする請求項1乃至11の内の何れか1項記載のデータキャリア。 14. 前記データキャリアは、熱で再結晶しない単一のポリエステルの層で 構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のデータキャリア。 15. 前記データキャリアは、そのボリューム中の少なくとも部分領域に閉 塞防止剤を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14の内の何れか1項記載 のデータキャリア。 16. 放射吸収添加剤を前記データキャリアに混入したことを特徴とする請 求項14又は15記載のデータキャリア。 17. 迅速且つ感度良好にカーボンブラックを付着させるプラスチック、特 にポリカーボネートを前記データキャリアに混入したことを特徴とする請求項1 6記載のデータキャリア。 18. 前記複数のプラスチック層の内の一層をポリエステルに由来するポリ エチレンナフタレート基の中から選択したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至17の内 の何れか1項記載のデータキャリア。 19. 閉塞防止剤を熱で再結晶しないポリエステルに混入し、この混入によ り得られた混合物を溶解し、溶解の結果得られた溶解物を射出成形法によってカ ード状に成形することを特徴とする請求項1記載の単層あるいは多層形データキ ャリアを作成するための方法。 20. 放射吸収物質、色素、あるいは染料等の添加剤を前記熱で再結晶しな いポリエステルに加えたことを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。 21. 閉塞防止剤を熱で再結晶しないポリエステルに混入し、 この混入により得られた混合物から薄片を作成し、作成された薄片をデータキ ャリアの所望の厚みに形成し、 前記所望の厚みに形成された薄片からシートあるいはカード単体の集合体を作 成し、 前記シートあるいはカード単体の集合体をプリントし、前記シートの場合にお いては、当該カード単体の集合体へと加工した、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載 のデータキャリアを作成するための方法。 22. 前記薄片が作成される前に前記放射吸収物質、色素、あるいは染料等 の添加剤を前記熱で再結晶しないポリエステルに加えたことを特徴とする請求項 20記載の方法。 23. 閉塞防止剤を熱で再結晶しないポリエステルに混入し、 この混入により得られた混合物から第一透明薄片を作成し、作成された第一薄 片を前記閉塞防止剤を含有した少なくとも一つの熱で再結晶しない別のポリエス テル薄片に積層した、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載 のデータキャリアを作成するための方法。 24. 前記薄片の内の少なくとも一つを引き出し加工によって作成したこと を特徴とする請求項23記載の方法。 25. 前記薄片の内の少なくとも一つを押出し加工によって作成したことを 特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。 26. 前記第一薄片は、続いて相互接合される熱で再結晶しない二つのPET 薄片を共に押出し加工することによって作成したことを特徴とする請求項23に記 載の方法。 27. 前記共に押出し加工された薄片の内の一方のみが閉塞防止剤を含有し ていることを特徴とする請求項26記載の方法。 28. 前記閉塞防止剤は0.1〜3wt%好適には0.5〜2wt%の量だけ特定の薄片物 質に加えられることを特徴とする請求項19乃至23の内の何れか1項記載の方法。 29. 放射吸収物質を前記薄片物質に加えたことを特徴とする請求項19乃至 24の内の何れか1項記載の方法。 30. 不透明のコア物質を前記第一薄片と前記別の薄片層との間に積層し たことを特徴とする請求項19乃至25の内の何れか1項記載の方法。 31. 前記コア物質を紙、あるいはプラスチックで構成したことを特徴と する請求項26記載の方法。 32. 前記不透明のコア物質を化学的に改質された熱で再結晶しないポリ エステルで構成したことを特徴とする請求項26記載の方法。
