Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 水に希釈可能なポリウレタン樹脂が、 第1工程で、 (a)ポリイソシアネート又はポリイソシアネートから成る混合物及び (b)1分子中に少なくとも1個のイソシアネート基に対して反応性の基及び少 なくとも1個の陰イオン形成可能な酸性基を有する化合物又はこのような化合物 から成る混合物及び (c)場合により数平均分子量400〜5000を有するポリエステル−及び/ 又はポリエーテルポリオール又はこのようなポリエステル−及び/又はポリエー テルポリオールから成る混合物及び (d)場合により数平均分子量60〜399を有するポリオール又はこの種のポ リオールから成る混合物を反応させてイソシアネート基含有のプレポリマー(I )を生成し、その際、成分(a)、(b)、(c)及び(d)をイソシアネート 基及びイソシアネート基に対して反応性の基が1.04:1.00〜10.00 :1.00の当量比で存在し、(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)、(e)、(f )及び(g)から製造されたポリウレタン樹脂が酸価8〜70を有するような量 比で相互に反応させ、 第2工程で、プレポリマー(I)中に含有される 遊離イソシアネート基の一部を、 (e)ブロック化剤又はブロック化剤から成る混合物と反応させて、ブロックさ れたイソシアネート基を含有するプレポリマー(II)を生成させ、その際、成 分(e)はプレポリマー(II)が統計学的平均で1分子当たり少なくともなお 1個の遊離イソシアネート基を含有するような量で使用し、プレポリマー(II )を場合により、 (f)統計学的平均で1分子当たり2.0より多いイソシアネート基を含有し、 陰イオン形成可能な酸性基を有さないポリイソシアネート又はこのようなポリイ ソシアネートから成る混合物及び成分(e)から製造した部分ブロックポリイソ シアネート[プレポリマー(II)の量に対して2.0〜400重量%]と混合 し、プレポリマー(II)又はプレポリマー(II)及び成分(f)から成る混 合物を、 (g)1分子中に第一又は第二アミノ基少なくとも1個及びヒドロキシル基少な くとも1個を含有する化合物又はこのような化合物から成る混合物と反応させて ポリウレタン樹脂にし、その際、成分(g)をプレポリマー(II)の遊離イソ シアネート基又はプレポリマー(II)及び成分(f)から成る混合物の遊離イ ソシアネート基、成分(g)のアミノ基及び成分(g)のヒドロキシル基が、1 .00:0.15〜5.00:0.15〜5.00の当量比で 存在するような量で使用し、最後にこうして製造したポリウレタン樹脂を陰イオ ン形成可能な酸性基の少なくとも部分的な中和により水に希釈可能なポリウレタ ン樹脂に変えることによって、製造可能であることを特徴とする、結合剤として の少なくとも1種の水希釈可能なポリウレタン樹脂を含有する水性ラッカー。 2. 電着塗装ラッカー層、充填層及び1層又は2層の上塗り層を重ねて塗布し 、数回の焼付け工程で順次焼付けする自動車車体の塗装法において、充填層の製 造のために、請求項1に記載の水性ラッカーを使用することを特徴とする、自動 車車体の塗装法。
