Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脊椎動物を蠕虫による感染から保護する化合物であって、免疫刺激担体に 共有結合したヒアルロニダーゼを含む化合物。 2.請求項1記載の化合物を含むワクチンの形での組成物。 3.上記免疫刺激担体がシンポルである請求項2記載のワクチン。 4.上記ヒアルロニダーゼが、ヒアルロノグルコザミニダーゼ,ヒアルロノグ ルクロニダーゼ及びグルコロネートリアーゼから成るグループから選択される請 求項2記載のワクチン。 5.上記ヒアルロニダーゼが約63kDaの分子量を有する請求項2記載の化 合物。 6.アジュバントをさらに有する請求項2記載のワクチン。 7.上記アジュバントが実質的にシンポルから成る請求項6記載のワクチン。 8.上記アジュバントが実質的に水酸化アルミニウムから成る請求項7記載の ワクチン。 9.上記アジュバントが実質的に改良された(modified)ムラミルジペプチド から成る請求項7記載のワクチン。 10.脊椎動物を蠕虫による感染から保護する方法であって、免疫刺激担体に共 有結合したヒアルロニダーゼを含む化合物の治療上有効な分量を上記脊椎動物に 投与することを含む方法。 11.上記化合物がワクチンの形で上記脊椎動物に投与される請求項10記載の 方法。 12.上記免疫刺激担体がシンポルである請求項10記載の方法。 13.上記ヒアルロニダーゼが、ヒアルロノグルコザミニダーゼ,ヒアルロノグ ルクロニダーゼ及びグルコロネートリアーゼから成るグループから選択される請 求項11記載の方法。 14.上記ヒアルロニダーゼが約63kDaの分子量有する請求項10記載の方 法。 15.上記ワクチンがアジュバントを含む請求項11記載の方法。 16.上記アジュバントが、実質的にシンポルから成る請求項15記載の方法。 17.上記アジュバントが、実質的に水酸化アルミニウムから成る請求項15記 載の方法。 18.上記アジュバントが、実質的に改良されたムラミルジペプチドから成る請 求項15記載の方法。 19.上記治療上有効な分量が上記脊椎動物の体重1kg当り約0.05mgで ある請求項10記載の方法。 20.上記脊椎動物が人,畜牛,羊,豚,犬,馬,猫,山羊,水牛/野牛,ラク ダ科の動物及び家禽類からなるグループから選択される請求項10記載の方法。 21.脊椎動物における蠕虫に対する免疫反応を誘起する方法であって、免疫刺 激担体に共有結合したヒアルロニダーゼを含む化合物を上記脊椎動物体内に投与 することを含む方法。 22.上記化合物が、ワクチンの形で上記脊椎動物に投与される請求項21記載 の方法。 23.上記免疫刺激担体がシンポルである請求項22記載の方法。 24.上記ヒアルロニダーゼが、ヒアルロノグルコザミニダーゼ,ヒアルロノグ ルクロニダーゼ及びグルコロネートリアーゼから成るグループから選択される請 求項22記載の方法。 25.上記ヒアルロニダーゼが約63kDaの分子量を有する請求項22記載の 方法。 26.上記ワクチンがアジュバントを含む請求項22記載の方法。 27.上記アジュバントが、実質的にシンポルから成る請求項26記載の方法。 28.上記アジュバントが、実質的に水酸化アルミニウムから成る請求項26記 載の方法。 29.上記アジュバントが、実質的に改良されたムラミルジペプチドから成る請 求項26記載の方法。 30.ヒアルロニダーゼと免疫原担体とが反応して生成される反応生成物。 31.上記免疫原担体がシンポルである請求項30記載の反応生成物。
