Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルコールと水を含有する溶媒に可溶性のポリビニルピロリドン及びポリビ ニルアルコール類から選択されるポリビニルポリマー(3)で被覆した金属酸化 物又はSiO2コロイド(1)のみから構成される無機相を含むことを特徴とす る高屈折率を有する複合材料。 2.金属酸化物又はSiO2コロイド(1)約60〜99重量%及びポリビニル ポリマー(3)約1〜40重量%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合 材料。 3.金属酸化物コロイド(1)が酸化スカンジウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化ラ ンタン、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ハフニウム、酸化トリウム、酸化 ニオブ、酸化タンタル又は酸化アルミニウムから選択される酸化物コロイドであ ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料。 4.脂肪族アルコールに分散した金属酸化物又はSiO2コロイド(1)の懸濁 液を調製する段階と、アルコールと水を含有する溶媒に可溶性のポリビニルポリ マー(3)と前記コロイド懸濁液を混合する段階と、得られた混合物を支持体( 9)に堆積し、均一層(11)を形成する段階と、 約180〜280nmの波長を有する紫外線による照射処理(15)により前記 層(11)を架橋させる段階とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれ か一項に記載の複合材料の製造及び堆積方法。 5.コロイド懸濁液とポリビニルポリマーの混合物が、アルコールと水を含有す る溶媒に対して約3〜8重量%の金属酸化物又はSiO2コロイドと約0.1〜 2重量%のポリビニルポリマーを含有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方 法。 6.請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高屈折率を有する複合材料の少なく とも1つの層(11)で被覆した有機又は無機種の基板(17)からなることを 特徴とする光学活性材料。 7.オルガノシロキサンから選択される材料から形成され、基板(17)と光学 活性層(11,21,25)との密着を助長する定着層(19)、シロキサン結 合剤で被覆した二酸化ケイ素、フッ化カルシウムもしくはフッ化マグネシウムの コロイドから形成される低屈折率層(25)、オルガノシロキサン及び有機基の 固定により変性された有機金属を含む材料から形成される平均屈折率層(21) 、オル ガノシロキサンから選択される材料から形成され、種々の光学活性層(11,2 1,25)間の結合を助長する結合剤層(23)、ペルフルオロシロキサン及び シラザンから選択されるカップリング剤層(27)、又はフルオロポリマーをベ ースとする摩耗防止層(29)から選択される少なくとも1層を更に含むことを 特徴とする請求項6に記載の光学活性材料。 8.広スペクトル域反射防止性、疎水性及び耐摩耗性を有しており、定着層(1 9)、平均屈折率層(21)、高屈折率層(11)、結合剤層(23)、低屈折 率層(25)、カップリング剤層(27)及び摩耗防止層(29)で順次被覆し た有機又は無機種の基板(17)からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の光 学活性材料。 9.反射性を有しており、低屈折率層(25)及び高屈折率層(11)の2層か らなる少なくとも1個のアセンブリで順次被覆した有機又は無機種の基板(17 )からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の光学活性材料。 10.反射性及び耐摩耗性を有しており、定着層(19)と、低屈折率層(25 )、結合剤層(23)及び高屈折率層(11)の3層からなる各連続3層アセン ブリ間に結合 剤層(23)を配置してなる少なくとも1個のアセンブリと、定着層(27)と 、摩耗防止層(29)とを順次堆積した有機又は無機種の基板(17)からなる ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の光学活性材料。 11.基板(17)が無機種であり、定着層(19)がエポキシアルコキシシラ ンからなることを特徴とする請求項7、8又は10に記載の光学活性材料。 12.基板(17)が有機種であり、定着層(19)がα−アミノアルコキシシ ラン又はエポキシオキソアルコキシシランからなることを特徴とする請求項7、 8又は10に記載の光学活性材料。 13.平均屈折率層(21)がジルコニウムアルコキシド又はチタンアルコキシ ドとメタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを含む材料から形成されるこ とを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の光学活性材料。 14.結合剤層(23)が塩基性縮合触媒を含む予備加水分解エポキシアルコキ シシランから選択されることを特徴とする請求項7、8又は10に記載の光学活 性材料。 15.カップリング剤層(27)がヘキサメチルジシラザン又は1H,1H,2 H,2H−ペルフルオロデシルトリ エトキシシランから選択されることを特徴とする請求項7、8又は10に記載の 光学活性材料。 16.摩耗防止層(29)がポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなることを特徴と する請求項7、8又は10に記載の光学活性材料。
