Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマーを溶融することおよび溶融ポリマーを製品に成形することを含む ナイロンポリマーから造形品を成形する方法において、前記成形を行う前に前記 ポリマーに水溶性添加剤化合物を加えること、前記水溶性添加剤化合物は、マグ ネシウム、カルシウムおよび亜鉛の炭素数2〜14の脂肪族ジカルボン酸塩およ びそれの混合物よりなる群から選ばれたものであること、および前記マグネシウ ム、カルシウムおよび亜鉛の重量を基にして少なくとも約5ppmの前記化合物を 前記ポリマー中に与えるのに十分な量を加えること、前記ナイロンポリマーが実 質的にフッ化物を含まないこと、を特徴とする改善された造形品の成形方法。 2.前記ポリマーがポリアジパミドポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の方法。 3.前記ポリマーがポリ(ヘキサメチレンアジパミド)のホモポリマーを含む ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記ナイロンポリマーが少なくとも60モル%のヘキサメチレンアジパミ ド単位を含むコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 5.前記コポリマーが少なくとも0.2モル%の2−メチルペンタメチレンア ジパミド単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 6.前記ナイロンポリマーが水溶液からモノマーの重合によって製造され、前 記添加剤が前記水溶液に加えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7.前記方法がナイロン繊維を製造するための溶融紡糸方法であり、前記水溶 性添加剤化合物が前記繊維の溶融紡糸の前に加えられることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の方法。 8.前記添加剤がカルシウム、マグネシウム、および亜鉛のアジピン酸塩より なる群から選ばれたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 9.マグネシウム、カルシウム、および亜鉛の重量を基にして約5〜1000 ppmの前記添加物が前記ポリマーに加えられることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の方法。 10.前記ポリマーが約3ppm以下のフッ化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の方法。 11.前記ポリマーがモノカルボン酸およびその塩を実質的に含まないことを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 12.マグネシウム、カルシウムおよび亜鉛の炭素数2〜14の脂肪族ジカル ボン酸塩およびそれらの混合物よりなる群から選ばれた水溶性添加剤化合物を有 するナイロンポリマーを含むポリマー組成物であって、前記添加剤化合物は、前 記マグネシウム、カルシウムおよび亜鉛の重量を基にして、少なくとも約5ppm 存在し、前記ナイロンポリマーは実質的にフッ化物を含まないことを特徴とする 組成物。 13.前記ポリマーがポリアジパミドポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項 12に記載の組成物。 14.前記ポリマーがポリ(ヘキサメチレンアジパミド)のホモポリマーを含 むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の組成物。 15.前記ナイロンポリマーが少なくとも約60モル%のヘキサメチレンアジ パミド単位を含むコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の組成物 。 16.前記コポリマーが少なくとも約0.2モル%の2−メチルペンタメチレ ンアジパミド単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の組成物。 17.前記添加剤がカルシウム、マグネシウムおよび亜鉛のアジピン酸塩より なる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の組成物。 18.マグネシウム、カルシウムおよび亜鉛を基にして約5〜約1000ppm の前記添加剤が前記ポリマーに加えられていることを特徴とする請求項12に記 載の組成物。 19.前記ポリマーが約3ppm以下のフッ化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項 12に記載の組成物。 20.前記ポリマーがモノカルボン酸およびその塩を実質的に含まないこ とを特徴とする請求項12に記載の組成物。
