Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.吸収可能な担体構造に細胞を被着した後に、担体構造と共に細胞を移植する 細胞培養物、特に軟骨細胞の培養物から移植体を作成する方法において、 移植体の所望形状に応じて予備成形した連続した内面と小さな体積とを有する ほぼ形状安定な三次元の担体構造を用い、 この担体構造の内部空洞内に細胞を入れ、 細胞を収容した担体構造に栄養液を潅流、貫流して、少なくとも細胞が互いに 結合した細胞間基質が少なくとも部分的に形成し、 その後に担体構造を移植する ことを特徴とする方法。 2.担体構造がポリマー繊維、特にポリグリコールまたはポリラクチドの繊維層 である請求項1に記載の方法。 3.細胞を担体構造に入れる前に、担体構造に付着因子、特にポリLリシンを付 ける請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.凍結乾燥で付着因子を担体構造の表面に被着する請求項3に記載の方法。 5.栄養液が担体構造に拡散するように担体構造の内部空洞を設計しかつ大きさ を定めた請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.栄養液が貫通して拡散することができる材料、特にアガロースで細胞を収容 する担体構造を被覆する請求項5に記載の方法。 7.潅流段階で各休止期間が続くようにして、細胞を収容した担体構造を間欠的 に貫流する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.細胞を収容した担体構造を潅流室に入れて潅流する請求項1〜7のいずれか 1つに記載の方法。 9.細胞を培養基と共に懸濁液として担体構造に入れ、その際、懸濁液に増粘物 質、特に、アガロースをさらに添加する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方 法。 10.細胞形成と細胞間基質の形成を促進する組織形態形成因子を担体構造に付加 する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11.担体構造の材料、特に、被着したハプテンに付加した抗体に組織形態形成因 子を結合する請求項10に記載の方法。
