- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. フィッシャー−トロプシュ法より生じた仕込原料の、基油を得るための処 理方法であって、仕込原料を水素化異性化帯域内での水素化異性化に付し、得ら れた流出物を異性化残渣を得るために分別し、該残渣を油および非油性留分を得 るために脱パラフィンに付し、水素化異性化帯域は、温度200〜450℃、圧 力2〜25MPa、毎時空間速度0.1〜10h-1、水素/炭化水素の体積比1 00〜2000で、主として、シリカ−アルミナの非晶質担体に担持された第VI II族の少なくとも一つの貴金属0.05〜10重量%からなる触媒を用いて操作 され、該触媒はゼオライトもハロゲンも含まず、かつシリカの一定含有量を示し 、該担体はシリカ5〜70重量%を含み、かつBET比表面積100〜500m2 /gを示し、該触媒は平均細孔直径1〜12nmを示し、平均直径より3nm 小さい直径〜平均直径より3nm大きい直径を有する細孔の容積は、総細孔容積 の40%以上であり、貴金属の分散は20〜100%であり、触媒中の貴金属の 分配係数は0.1以上であることを特徴とする、フィッシャー−トロプシュ法よ り生じた仕込原料の処理方法。 2. 仕込原料は、水素化異性化に付される前に、アルミナおよび少なくとも一 つの水素化−脱水素化成 分を含む触媒で水素化処理帯域内で水素化処理を受け、温度は250〜400℃ であり、圧力は0.5〜25MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1による方 法。 3. 脱パラフィンで得られた非油性留分の少なくとも一部を水素化異性化帯域 および/または水素化処理帯域に再循環することを特徴とする、請求項1または 2による方法。 4. 水素化異性化触媒の貴金属は特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に よる方法。 5. 水素化異性化触媒の担体のシリカ含有量は、20〜60重量%であること を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項による方法。 6. 水素化異性化触媒の担体のシリカ含有量は、22〜45重量%であること を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項による方法。 7. 水素化異性化触媒の担体の総細孔容積は、1.0ml/g以下であること を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項による方法。 8. 水素化異性化触媒の担体は、少なくとも0.3ml/gであり、かつ0. 9ml/g以下の総細孔容積を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか 1項による方法。 9. 水素化異性化触媒は、細孔の平均直径2.5〜 11nmを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項による方法。 10. 触媒は、細孔の平均直径4〜10.5nmを示すことを特徴とする、請 求項1〜9のいずれか1項による方法。 11. 水素化異性化触媒は、平均直径より3nm小さい直径〜平均直径より3 nm大きい直径を有する細孔の容積であり、総細孔容積の50〜90%である細 孔容積を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項による方法。 12. 水素化異性化触媒は、平均直径より3nm小さい直径〜平均直径より3 nm大きい直径を有する細孔の容積であり、総細孔容積の50〜80%である細 孔容積を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項による方法。 13. 水素化異性化触媒は、平均直径より3nm小さい直径〜平均直径より3 nm大きい直径を有する細孔の容積であり、総細孔容積の50〜70%である細 孔容積を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項による方法。 14. 水素化異性化触媒の担体は、比表面積250〜450m2/gを示すこ とを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項による方法。 15. 水素化異性化触媒の担体は、比表面積310〜450m2/gを示すこ とを特徴とする、請求項 1〜14のいずれか1項による方法。 16. 水素化異性化触媒の担体を、貴金属塩の中性または塩基性溶液で含浸す ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項による方法。 17. 水素化異性化帯域は、圧力2〜18MPa、温度300〜450℃で操 作されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項による方法。 18. 方法は、温度320〜450℃で操作されることを特徴とする、請求項 1〜17のいずれか1項による方法。 19. 水素化−脱水素化成分は、元素周期表の第VIII族の少なくとも一つの金 属または金属化合物と、第VI族の少なくとも一つの金属または金属化合物との組 合わせであり、金属酸化物で表示される、第VIおよびVIII族の金属の全濃度は、 5〜40重量%であり、第VIII族の一つまたは複数の金属酸化物に対する第VI族 の一つまたは複数の金属酸化物で表示される重量比は、1.25〜20である、 請求項2による方法。 20. 水素化−脱水素化成分は、白金およびパラジウムからなる群から選ばれ る貴金属である、請求項2による方法。 21. 水素化処理触媒について、最終触媒に対して重量で表示される、第VIII 族の金属の濃度は、貴金属の場合には0.01〜5重量%であり、貴金属で ない金属の場合には0.01〜15重量%である、請求項2、19および20の いずれか1項による方法。 22. 水素化−脱水素化成分は、さらに最終触媒に対して五酸化リン(P2O5 )の重量で表示される含有量が15%より少ないリンを含む、請求項2および1 9〜21のいずれか1項による方法。
