Claims (14)
- (a) 200℃∼500℃의 온도, 2∼25 ㎫의 압력, 0.1∼10 시-1의 시간당 공간 속도, 수소의 존재하에, 무정형 산성 지지체상에 부착된 1 종 이상의 귀금속을 함유하고 귀금속 분산도가 20∼100% 범위내인 촉매의 존재하에서, 황 함량이 1,000 중량 ppm 미만이고, 질소 함량이 200 중량 ppm 미만이며, 금속 함량이 50 중량 ppm 미만이고, 산소 함량이 0.2 중량% 이하인 공급원료 중의 n-파라핀의 적어도 일부분을 수소화 이성화 처리하면서 동시에 공급원료를 전환시키는 단계,(b) 200℃∼500℃의 온도, 1∼25 ㎫의 압력, 0.05∼50 시-1의 시간당 공간 속도, 단계 (b)에 유입된 유출물 1 ℓ당 수소 50∼2,000 ℓ의 존재하에, 1 종 이상의 수소화 탈수소화 원소 및 1 종 이상의 분자체를 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 단계 (a)로부터의 유출물의 적어도 일부분을 접촉 탈왁스화시키는 단계를 연속적으로 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급원료로부터의 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)는 무정형 실리카-알루미나 상에 부착된 귀금속 1 종 이상을 함유하는 촉매를 사용하는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (a)는 5∼90 중량%의 실리카를 포함하며 BET 비표면적이 100∼500 ㎡/g인 무정형 실리카-알루미나 지지체상에 부착된 1 종 이상의 VIII족 귀금속 0.05∼10 중량%로 거의 구성되는 촉매를 사용하며, 여기서 촉매는- 1∼12 ㎚의 평균 공극 직경,- 상기한 평균 직경보다 3 ㎚가 감소된 평균 직경 내지 상기한 평균 직경보다 3 ㎚가 증가된 직경을 갖는 공극의 공극 부피가 총 공극 부피의 40% 보다 큰 공공극 부피,- 20∼100%의 귀금속 분산도,- 0.1 보다 큰 귀금속 분포 계수를 갖는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (a)의 촉매의 귀금속은 백금 및/또는 팔라듐인 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (a)로부터의 유출물 전부를 단계 (b)에서 처리하는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (a)로부터의 유출물을 증류시켜 경질 가스 및, 비점이 340℃ 이상인 화합물을 함유하는 1 종 이상의 잔류물로 분리하며, 이 잔류물은 단계 (b)에서 처리되는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (b)로부터의 유출물을 증류하여 비점이 340℃ 이상인 화합물을 함유하는 오일을 분리하는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 대기압 증류시킨 후, 대기압 잔류물을 진공 증류시키는 것을 포함하는 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (a)를 실시하기 이전에, 공급원료를 수소화 처리한 후, 임의로 물, 암모니아 및 황화수소를 분리하는 것을 포함하는 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (b)로부터의 촉매는 1 종 이상의 분자체를 함유하며, 이때 미세공 시스템은 9 또는 10 개의 T 원자를 함유하는 공극 개구를 갖는 1 종 이상의 주요 채널형을 지니고, T는 동일한 갯수의 산소 원자와 교호되어 있는 Si, Al, P, B, Ti, Fe, Ga로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, 9 또는 10 개의 T 원자를 함유하는 접근 가능한 공극 개구 사이의 거리가 0.75 ㎚ 이하이고, n-데칸 테스트에서의 2-메틸노난/5-메틸노난의 비는 5 이상인 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 분자체는 NU-10, EU-1, EU-13, 페리에라이트, ZSM-22, Theta-1, ZSM-50, ZSM-23, NU-23, ZSM-35, ZSM-38, ZSM-48, ISI-1, KZ-2, ISI-4 및 KZ-1로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제올라이트인 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (b)로부터의 유출물을 증류시키기 전에 수소화 정제 단계로 처리하는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 처리된 탄화수소 공급원료는 비점이 340℃ 이상인 화합물 20 부피% 이상을 함유하는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 처리한 탄화수소 공급원료는 피셔-트롭셰 유닛으로부터의 유출물, 미정제 오일의 직류 증류로부터의 진공 증류물, 전환 반응 유닛으로부터의 진공 증류물, 방향족 화합물 추출 유닛으로부터의 진공 증류물, 대기압 잔류물 및/또는 진공 잔류물의 탈황 또는 수소화 전환 반응으로부터 생성된 진공 증류물, 탈아스팔트화 오일, 수소화 열분해 잔류물 또는 이들 공급원료의 임의의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 오일의 제조 방법.
