Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.中間層(3)を介してケース(2)内に配置される浄化挿入物(例えばモノ リス4)と、 浄化挿入物(4)の長手軸線(AL)にたいして角度(α<90°)を成 してケース(2)の一端に配置される排ガス供給管(5)と、 を有し、排ガス供給管(5)が、ケース接続領域(6)に、浄化挿入物(4 )の供給側端面(7)に対応する横断面を有している、内燃機関における排ガス 浄化装置において、 排ガス供給管(5)が、浄化挿入物(4)をその端面(7)の下流側にお いて取り囲みケース(2)との結合に用いられる部分(8)を有していることを 特徴とする排ガス浄化装置。 2.排ガス供給管(5)の結合部分(8)が、撓み可能な中間層(3)を領域的 に除いて、浄化挿入物(4)を遊隙を持って取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化装置。 3.排ガス供給管(5)の結合部分(8)が、ケース(2)の接続側端面(9) にたいして横方向に向けられる結合フランジ(10)を有していることを特徴と する、請求項1または2に記載の排ガス浄化装 置。 4.排ガス供給管(5)の、結合部分(8)を有している接続部分が、別個の漏 斗部(11)として成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのい ずれか1つに記載の排ガス浄化装置。 5.浄化挿入物(4)の端面(7)に最も近い管端部部分(12’)によって、 前記端面(7)の最も外側の縁領域においても吸気が保証されているように、排 ガス供給管(5)の管端部部分(12)が漏斗部(11)の開口部(13)に挿 入、配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1つに記 載の排ガス浄化装置。 6.ケース側の端部部分に設けた、排ガス供給管または漏斗部の結合部分が、ケ ースの外側輪郭に心合わせ可能なフランジを有していることを特徴とする、請求 項1から5までのいずれか1つに記載の排ガス浄化装置。
