Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.円周方向に作用する弾性手段(12)と摩擦手段(13)の働きに抗して 相対的に回転しうるようになっている、2つの主要部である第1同軸部(11A )と第2同軸部(11B)を備えている形式のトーション減衰装置において、 摩擦手段(13)が、少なくとも1つの薄板部(50)を備え、この薄板部( 50)は、同軸部(11A)(11B)の一方に取りつけられて、アッセンブリ の軸(A)に対して斜めになっており、その端部(51)を介して、同軸部(1 1A)(11B)の他方を押圧し、かつアッセンブリの軸(A)から離れた面( 52)で、遠心力に反応する調節部(53)の作用を受けるようになっているこ とを特徴とするトーション減衰装置。 2.薄板部(50)を、第1同軸部(11A)と第2同軸部(11B)に、径 方向と円周方向の両方に設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトーション 減衰装置。 3.第1同軸部(11A)と第2同軸部(11B)を押圧している薄板部(5 0)の端部(51)は、面取りして斜面(63)としてあることを特徴とする請 求項1記載のトーション減衰装置。 4.調節部(53)は、アッセンブリの軸(A)の周囲を環状に伸びるばね( 64)を備え、このばね(64)は、径方向に弾性的に変形するようになってい ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトーション減衰装置。 5.ばね(64)は、コイル形ばねであることを特徴とする請求項4記載のト ーション減衰装置。 6.ばね(64)は、少なくとも1つの重り(65)で負荷されていることを 特徴とする請求項4記載のトーション減衰装置。 7.ばね(64)は、休止状態で、予め押圧されており、それに力が加わると 、半径が縮小するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のトーション 減衰装置。 8.薄板部(50)は、アッセンブリの軸(A)まわりの円周上で、リング状 に連続していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトーション減衰装置。 9.薄板部(50)は、おおむね環状のかご形のケージ形部(55)の一部で あり、その中に調節部材(53)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記 載のトーション減衰装置。 10.ケージ形部材(55)は、対応する第2同軸部(11B)の2つの円筒 状面(56)(57)の一方から他方へ、径方向に向いていることを特徴とする 請求項9記載のトーション減衰装置。 11.同軸部(11A)(11B)の一方が、弾性手段(12)を収容する環 状室(15)を形成し、かつ同軸部(11A)(11B)の他方が、減衰板(3 6)を備え、この減衰板(36)は、弾性手段(12)と係合するため、環状室 (15)内を径方向に伸びており、減衰板(36)の少なくとも1つの面に薄板 部(50)があり、かつ薄板部(50)は、その高さで、環状室(15)の内部 を密閉していることを特徴とする請求項8記載のトーション減衰装置。 12.減衰板(36)の両側に薄板部(50)があることを特徴とする請求項 11記載のトーション減衰装置。 13.各薄板部(50)は、環状かご形の各ケージ形部材(55)の一部であ り、前記ケージ形部材(55)は、減衰板(36)の各側に背中合わせに設けら れていることを特徴とする請求項12記載のトーション減衰装置。 14.環状室(15)を形成する第1同軸部(11A)が、外縁にフランジ( 18)を有する径方向板(16)を備えるハウジング(14)、及びハウジング (14)に固着された覆い板(19)を備えており、1つの薄板部(50)は、 減衰板(36)と径方向板(16)との間に伸び、他の薄板部(50)は、減衰 板(36)と覆い板(19)との間に伸びていることを特徴とする請求項12記 載のトーション減衰装置。
