Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.縦軸(X)および縦軸に対して直角に延びる横軸(Y)と、溝底面(16)お よび溝側壁(18',18")を備えて横軸(Y)に沿って延びる溝(14)が配設され たドリル先端(12)と、この溝に配置され、特に硬質合金製で、切削面(32',3 2")の先端側に隣接して主として縦軸(X)に対して点対称をなすように配置さ れた二つの主切刃(26',26")、およびそれぞれの切削面に横軸(Y)のもう一 方の側で互いに向き合う二つの背面(30',30")を備えた切削チップとを具備し て、本質的には円筒型のホルダー(10)で構成され、 ホルダー(10)は、主としてドリルの放射状平面(R)に置かれてそれぞれチ ップ(25)の背面(30',30")部分に配設される二つの穿孔(20',20")を備え 、その穿孔はそれぞれ溝の側壁(18',18")に達しており、その際、穿孔(20' ,20")の縦軸(24',24")は、それぞれの溝側壁(18',18")および隣接する チップ(25)の背面(30',30")に対して鋭角を挟んで延び、 穿孔(20',20")には、それぞれ溝側壁(18',18")から突出する固定および ストッパー要素(50',50")が配設され、 二つのストッパーの内の少なくとも1つ(50")は、穿孔(20")の縦軸(24" )方向に、移動可能ないしは調節可能とされ、 チップ(25)の背面(30',30")には、ストッパー(50',50")と相まって支 持面(38',38")を形成する窪み(34',34")が、用意ないしは形成されている ことを特徴とするドリル。 2.特に点対称の切刃を備え、穿孔(20',20")が、それぞれの溝側壁(18',1 8")および隣接するチップ(25)の背面(30',30")と鋭角を挟んで延びている ことを特徴とする請求項1によるドリル。 3.穿孔(20',20")の縦軸(24',24")が、ドリルの円筒状ホルダー(10)の 縦軸(X)との間に間隔をとっていることを特徴とする請求項2によるドリル。 4.ストッパー(50',50")の少なくとも一つがボルトであることを特徴とする 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかによるドリル。 5.ボルトが、ヘッドに6角の窪みを備えたセットスクリユー(50',50")であ ることを特徴とする請求項4によるドリル。 6.支持面(38',38")の少なくとも一つが、平滑な面であることを特徴とする 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかによるドリル。 7.平坦な支持面(38',38")が、直線の縁(42',42")と環状扇型の縁とで限 定されていること、および、環状扇型の縁には、その縁に対して垂直に延びるシ リンダージャケット状の壁(39',39")が連結されており、その壁は窪み(34' ,34")の第2壁面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項6によるドリル。 8.窪み(34')が、切削チップ(25)の溝底面に向いた縁(36)まで広がって いることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7によるドリル。 9.ストッパーが、セットスクリュー(50')と、それを保持するロックボルト (55)とで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか によるドリル。 10.切削チップ(25)の背面(30',30")に形成される窪み(34',34")が、 穿孔(20',20")に関して、ストッパー(50',50")の縦軸(24',24")に対し 直角に延びている先端面(52',52")および支持面(38',38")を一部分しか覆 わないようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれかに よるドリル。 11.主切刃(26',26")が、凹面状に湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1 ないし請求項10のいずれかによるドリル。 12.ドリルのシャフト(11)が、ドリル先端(12)から延びている切り粉排出 溝(64',64")を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項11のいず れかによるドリル。 13.切削チップ(25)の切削面(32',32")が凹面状に湾曲しており、かつ、 切り粉排出溝(64',64")に移行していることを特徴とする請求項11または請 求項12によるドリル。 14.直径(D)が10mmと50mmの間、優先的には、18mmと40mmの間であ ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれかによるドリル。 15.ドリルの直径(D)とドリルの縦方向における切削チップ(25)の全寸法 (t)との比(D/t)が、約2であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項 14のいずれかによるドリル。 16.ドリルの直径(D)と切削チップ(25)のガイド直径の軸方向長さt*と の比が、3.5程度まで引き上げられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求 項15のいずれかによるドリル。 17.先端角が130゜より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項16の いずれかによるドリル。 18.ホルダーに冷却剤導管(60)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求 項1ないし請求項17のいずれかによるドリル。 19.冷却剤導管(60)が分岐していることを特徴とする請求項18によるドリ ル。 20.冷却剤導管(60)が、ドリル(10)の縦軸(X)に沿って延び、ドリル先 端(12)の部分で2つの分岐管(62',62")に分かれ、その分岐管は、それぞれ 切り粉排出溝(64',64")とストッパー(50',50")用の穿孔(20',20")との 中間で、それぞれの主逃げ面から抜け出していることを特徴とする請求項19に よるドリル。 21.固定要素およびストッパーから切削チップに伝達される力が、トルク(M )を発生させ、そのトルクは、ドリルのカッティング方向(RS)とは逆方向に 作用するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項20のいずれ かによるドリル。
