Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.elkに結合できるelk−Lタンパク質をコードする単離されたDNAで あって、配列番号1のヌクレオチド1〜1041、73〜1041、1〜711 、及び73〜711からなる群から選ばれる配列と少なくとも80%同一である ヌクレオチド配列を含む単離されたDNA。 2.前記DNAが、配列番号1のヌクレオチド1〜1041、73〜1041、 1〜711、及び73〜711からなる群から選ばれるヌクレオチド配列を含む 、請求項1の単離されたDNA。 3.elkに結合できるelk−Lタンパク質をコードする単離されたDNAで あって、前記elk−Lタンパク質が、配列番号2のアミノ酸1〜322及び1 〜213からなる群から選ばれる配列と少なくとも80%同一であるアミノ酸配 列を含む、単離されたDNA。 4.前記elk−Lタンパク質が、配列番号2のアミノ酸1〜322及び1〜2 13からなる群から選ばれるアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項3の単離されたDNA 。 5.請求項1、2、3、又は4のDNA配列を含む発現ベクター。 6.elk−Lポリペプチドを製造する方法であって、請求項5のベクターで形 質転換された宿主細胞をelk−Lの発現を促進する条件下で培養し、そしてそ の培養物からelk−Lポリペプチドを回収することを含む方法。 7.N末端アミノ酸配列Ala-Thr-Pro-Leu-Ala-Lys-Asn-Leu-Glu-Pro-Val-Ser-に より特徴付けられる精製された生物学的に活性な成熟elk−Lタンパク質。 8.配列番号2のアミノ酸1〜322及び1〜213からなる群から選ばれるア ミノ酸配列を含む、請求項7の精製されたelk−L。 9.配列番号2のアミノ酸1〜322及び1〜213からなる群から選ばれる配 列と少なくとも80%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含む、精製されたelk−Lタ ンパク質。 10.請求項8のelk−Lタンパク質と免疫反応性である抗体又はその免疫原性 断片。 11.前記抗体がモノクローナル抗体である、請求項10の抗体。 12.配列番号1のヌクレオチド配列の少なくとも約14ヌクレオチドの配列を含 む単離された核酸分子又はそのDNA若しくはRNA相補体。
