Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記工程を具備したことを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂の潤滑剤含有ペレットの 製造方法: (a)熱可塑性樹脂の未塗布ペレットと潤滑剤を該潤滑剤の融点より低い温度 で組合せて混合し、 (b)得られたペレット−潤滑剤付加物を運動状態に保って該付加物が十分量 の相互衝突および剪断力を受けるようにし、それにより前記ペレット上にしっか りと付着しているフィルムが形成されるようにする。 2.前記ペレットおよび前記潤滑剤を20℃〜50℃の温度で組み合わせて混合 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の製造方法。 3.前記方法が連続方法であり、前記工程(b)が稠密相搬送システム内で行わ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の製造方法。 4.前記しっかりと付着している潤滑剤フィルムの表面に少なくとも1つの追加 の潤滑剤層を適用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の製造方法。 5.請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれかに従う製造方法により得られるべき熱 可塑性樹脂の潤滑剤含有ペ レット。 6.請求の範囲第4項に記載の製造方法に従って製造された熱可塑性樹脂の潤滑 剤含有ペレットであって、 少なくとも2つの潤滑剤層を有し、 (a)第1の潤滑剤層は、重量基準で主に脂肪酸のアルミニウム塩を含んで成 り、かつ、しっかりと付着しているフィルムの形で前記ペレットの表面に存在し 、 (b)第2の潤滑剤層は、融点が140℃以下の潤滑剤を含んで成り、かつ、 前記第1の潤滑剤層の表面上に存在する ことを特徴とする熱可塑性樹脂の潤滑剤含有ペレット。
