Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両、特に鉄道車両の車体(1)のレベル及び傾きを制御するための方法で あって、ハイドロニューマチックに調整される少なくとも1つのばね機構・緩衝 システムが設けられていて、この場合センサ(6)が車体(1)のレベル並びに 傾きを検出しかつセンサ(6)の信号が有利には電子制御装置(7)に供給され る形式のものにおいて、車体レベルをコンスタントに維持するために、前記ポン プ(8)を直接ばね機構・緩衝システムのHPF・蓄圧器(11)の圧力(PH PF)に抗して作業させかつ、ポンプ(8)の搬送容積が不十分である場合にの み、走行中に充填される蓄圧器(9)から圧力媒体を取り出すことを特徴とする 、車体のレベル及び傾きを制御するための方法。 2.車体高さの小さな下側限界値を越えた後で、緩衝脚柱(12)及びHPF・ 蓄圧器(11)をポンプ(8)によってのみ補給する、請求項1記載の方法3. 車体高さの大きな下側限界値を越えた場合に、緩衝脚柱(12)及びHPF・蓄 圧器(11)をポンプ(8)及び蓄圧器(9)によって補給する、請求項1記載 の方法。 4.停車所における調整過程後、荷重が不変な場合、ポンプ(8)を電磁弁(G N)(23)によってアイドリング運転に切換える、請求項1記載の方法。 5.蓄圧器(9)を逆止弁(27)を介して充填する、請求項1記載の方法。 6.HPF・回路充填状態と蓄圧器充填状態との間で切換えるために電磁弁(2 2)(GP)のみを使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 7.空運転から蓄圧器充填又はHPF・回路充填に切換えるために弁(23)( GN)を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 8.走行中調整ロジックによって平均的な車両高さを検出して、平均値が形成さ れた場合に運転動的作用が調整過程に影響を及ぼさないようにする、請求項1記 載の方法。 9.システムに、垂直方向で作用する緩衝脚柱(12)内に組み込まれた横方向 ・ばね機構を配属する、請求項9記載の方法。 10.システムに、水平方向で作用する付加的な緩衝脚柱(12)を配属する、 請求項1記載の方法。 11.横方向ばね作用を得るために横方向・ばね機構を、組み込まれた緩衝脚柱 と付加的な緩衝脚柱との複合ユニットから構成する、請求項1及び9記載の方法 。 12.システムに、車体(1)を水平方向及び垂直方向で位置決めするための2 つの調整回路を備える、請求項1及び9記載の方法。 13.加速及び制動過程を検出しかつ信号を有利には電子制御装置(7)に供給 するセンサを使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 14.車体・傾き調整を車輪組み(4)の半径方向調節と連動する、請求項1及 び9記載の方法。 15.ばね機構を走行速度に適合させるために、システムに、付加的なHPF・ 蓄圧器を接続する、請求項1及び9記載の方法。 16.ハイドロニューマチックに調整される少なくとも1つのばね機構・緩衝シ ステムがセンサ(6)を有していて、このセンサ(6)が車体(1)のレベル並 びに傾きを検出しかつセンサ(6)の信号が電子制御装置(7)に供給される形 式のものにおいて、垂直方向のレベル調整を行なう少なくとも1つの緩衝脚柱( 12)と、 車体(1)の水平方向位置を規定する別の装置と、 蓄圧器(9)に対して並行に配置されたポンプ(8)とを有し、 ポンプ(8)及び蓄圧器(9)が、自体公知のHPF・蓄圧器(11)に抗して 作業するように、配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1及び9記載の方法 を実施する装置。 17.電子制御装置(7)が三点調整装置を有している、請求項16記載の装置 。 18.HPF・緩衝システムがブレーキ装置のエレクトロニューマチックなシス テム(EP)と連動している、請求項16記載の装置。
