Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 1.有機洗剤成分に染料または光学増白剤の存在下で無機成分の粒子を分散する ことからなる高活性洗剤粒状物の製法であって、 (i)対応酸の中和により陰イオン界面活性剤塩少なくとも40重量%を含む高 活性ペーストを調製し(ただし、前記ペーストは温度70℃および剪断速度25 s−1で測定した時の粘度少なくとも10Paを有する);(ii)前記高活性 ペーストを高剪断ミキサー/造粒機中において有効量の洗剤粉末で造粒して凝集 体を調製し;染料または光学増白剤、またはそれらの混合物を工程(i)で高活 性ペーストと混合するか、工程(ii)で高剪断ミキサー/造粒機にポンプ供給 または噴霧することを特徴とする高活性洗剤粒状物の製法。
- 2.染料または増白剤、またはそれらの混合物をプロセスの工程(i)でループ 反応器に加え入れ、このループ反応器において陰イオン洗剤酸を中和してそれら の塩圧生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3.染料または増白剤をプロセスの工程(ii)で高剪断ミキサー/造粒機に水 溶液として、または担体を有するプレミックスとしてのいずれかで液体形態で加 え入れる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 4.染料または増白剤が波長500nm未満の可視光線の領域で光の少なくとも 70%を出す染料または増白剤から選ばれる、前の請求項のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。
- 5.染料または光学増白剤、またはそれらの混合物を含む高活性洗剤ペースト組 成物であって、前記ペースト組成物は陰イオン界面活性剤の塩少なくとも40重 量%を含み且つペースト組成物は温度70℃および剪断速度25s−1で測定し た時の粘度少なくとも10Paを有することを特徴とする高活性洗剤ペースト組 成物。
- 6.直鎖アルキルペンゼンスルホネート、メチルエステルスルホネート、パラフ ィンスルホネートまたはこれらの混合物少なくとも5重量%を含む、請求項5に 記載の高活性洗剤ペースト組成物。
- 7.前記染料がバイエルAGから供給されているレバニル・バイオレットBNZ (商品名)およびスペシャル・ファスト・ブルーGFWグラウンド(商品名)か ら選ばれる、請求項5または6に記載の組成物。
- 8.前記染料がペースト組成物の0.1〜5ppmの量で存在する、請求項5〜 7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 9.染料を組成物に水溶液の形態で加えることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のい ずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 10.光学増白剤が 4,4′−ビス−(2−ジエタノールアミノ−4−アニリノ−s−トリアジン− 6−イルアミノ)スチルベン−2:2′ジスルホン酸 4,4′−ビス−(2−モルホリノ−4−アニリノ−s−トリアジン−6−イル アミノ)スチルベン−2:2′ジスルホン酸 4,4′−ビス−(2,4−ジアニリノ−s−トリアジン−6−イルアミノ)ス チルベン−2:2′ジスルホン酸 4′,4′′−ビス−(2,4−ジアニリノ−s−トリアジン−6−イルアミノ )スチルベン−2−スルホン酸4,4′−ビス−(2−アニリノ−4−(N−メ チルN−2−ヒドロキシエチルアミノ)−s−トリアジン−6−イルアミノ)ス チルベン−2,2′ジスルホン酸4,4′−ビス−(4−フェニル−2,1,3 −トリアゾール−2−イル)スチルベン−2,2′ジスルホン酸 4,4′−ビス(2−アニリノ−4−(1−メチル−2−ヒドロキシエチルアミ ノ)−s−トリアジン−6−イルアミノ)スチルベン−2,2′ジスルホン酸4 ,4−ビス(2−スルホスチリル)ビフェニル4,4−ビス(4−クロロ−3− スルホスチリル)ビフェニル のナトリウム塩から選ばれ且つ/または光学増白剤がビス−ベンゾキサゾリル 1−3−ジフェニル−2−ピロゾリン の誘導体から選ばれる、請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 11.増白剤を組成物への添加前に有機担体と予備混合することを特徴とする、 請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 12.担体が非イオン界面活性剤またはポリエチレングリコールであることを特 徴とする、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 13.前記光学増白剤がペースト組成物の0.1〜2重量%の量で存在する、請 求項5〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
