Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 木毛軽量建築板であって、 1.1 圧縮された木毛からなる連続気孔組織を有しており、1.2 木毛粒子 の表面が結合剤の外被で覆われているものにおいて、 1.3 この外被が気泡構造を有しており、該構造が少なくとも部分的に木毛軽 量建築板の気孔中に延びており、かつ1.4 木毛軽量建築板の造形操作中に結 合剤気泡体の浸透によって、同時に体積を減少しながら変形する木毛堆積体中に 導入された ことを特徴とする木毛軽量建築板 2 正縮された木毛粒子からなる組織間の気孔空間が硬化した結合剤気泡体によ って完全に充填されている、請求項1に記載の軽量建築板。 3 硬化した結合剤気泡体の密度が100〜700g/lである、請求項1又は 2に記載の軽量建築板。 4 硬化した結合剤気泡体が平均直径0.2〜5mmの気孔を有する、請求項1 ないし3の1つに記載の軽量建築板。 5 木毛と結合剤気泡体との重量比が1:6〜2:1である、請求項1ないし4 の1つに記載の軽量建築板。 6 硬化した結合剤気泡体からなる被膜が木毛軽量建築板の表面(単・複)を覆 つている、請求項1ないし5の1つに記載の軽量建築板。 7 請求項1ないし6の1つに記載された木毛軽量建築板を製造するための方法 であって、 7.1 緩い木毛堆積体の少なくとも一方の面部分上に結合剤気泡体が装入され 、 7.2 引続き結合剤気泡体が同時に木毛軽量建築板の希望する最終寸法へと木 毛堆積体の体積を減少しながら堆積体中に浸透させられ、 7.3 このように圧縮されかつ結合剤気泡体を浸透させられた木毛軽量建築板 が、(結合剤気泡体の結合後に)固有強度が達成されるまで、体積安定状態に保 たれるようになった、 方法。 8 結合剤気泡体が帯材として連続的に移送される木毛堆積体上に装入され、次 に木毛軽量建築板の希望する最終寸法へと木毛堆積体を圧縮しながら堆積体中に 浸透する、請求項7に記載の方法。 9 結合剤気泡体が帯材として連続的に移送される2つの木毛堆積体間に装入さ れ、次に帯材が同時に結合剤気泡体を木毛堆積体中に浸透させながら相互に案内 されて、希望する板最終寸法へと圧縮される、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 10 硬化時間を変える物質及び/又は気孔構造を調節する物質を含有した結合 剤気泡体が使用される、請求項7ないし9の1つに記載の方法。
