Claims (7)
- 1.基礎ブレーキと車両リタータを装備した車両用の電子ブレーキシステムであ って、単一のブレーキ・ペダルから電気制動要求信号が生成され、ペダルの動き がゼロすなわち静止位置から車両総重量に基づいて実質的に最大リタータ力を与 えるために計算される動作範囲のある中間位置まで増加するにつれて、リタータ が連続的にあるいは小さいステップで操作され、これにより最大荷重条件では該 中間位置が小さいペダルの動きで発生し、該リタータがより大きい減速を生成す る無荷載条件では該中間位置がより大きいペダルの動きで発生し、上記両方の場 合で計算された該中間位置を超えるほどペダルを強く押すと、リタータ・トルク を補足するために基礎ブレーキ制動が開始することを特徴とする基礎ブレーキと 車両リタータを装備した車両用の電子ブレーキシステム。
- 2.基礎ブレーキ制動が前輪車軸だけに導入され、付着力利用効率が車軸間で等 しくなるように車軸重量比により修正を行いつつ、前輪車軸制動力が後輪車軸で のりタータ制動力に等しくなる位置までペダルを動かすにつれて該基礎ブレーキ 制動を増加させる請求項1の電子ブレーキシステム。
- 3.リタータ・トルクが低レベルの制動ためだけに供給され、速度が低下してリ タータ出力が低下する場合に単一の車軸の基礎ブレーキ制動によって増大するレ ベルに補強し、一定のブレーキ・ペダル入力で車両の減速を維持する請求項1の 電子ブレーキシステム。
- 4.上記リタータ・コントローラが、リタータが最大駆動に到達するまで一定の 発生リタータ・トルクを維持するためにリタータ駆動力を増加させ、リタータ効 率がさらに低下すると、実質的な停止状態まで実効制動力を維持するために、基 礎ブレーキの適用の増加させる請求項3の電子ブレーキシステム。
- 5.車軸、好ましくは駆動車軸でスリップ状態が初めて検出された場合、ブレー キペダルの位置に何等変更なしに、リタータが切られ、摩擦による代替的制動と してすべての車両車軸に等価レベルの制動が適用され、ここで、もしスリップが 検出された時点で基礎ブレーキがすでに働いている場合には、代替的制動成分を 既存の制動圧に加える請求項1の電子ブレーキシステム。
- 6.リタータを搭載したトラックがトレーラーを牽引し、チェック制動領域を超 えるすべての制動要求レベルで該リタータが実質的に使用される場合、必ずトレ ーラーの制動を行なう請求項1の電子ブレーキシステム。
- 7.荷を積んでいないトラックが荷を積んだトレーラーを牽引し、システムコン トローラがこの条件を認識して、リタータのみの制動状態を禁止にして、リター タを使用することにより駆動車軸の制動を行うことはできるが、すべての車軸と トレーラーの制動を同時に行なう請求項1の電子ブレーキ装置。
