Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.不十分な炉心冷却の際の原子炉圧力容器の過圧事故に対する安全装置におい て、 a)圧力容器(11)の壁(1)に圧力放出弁(1)が圧力密にはめ込まれ、こ の圧力放出弁〔1)が弁体(8)で圧力容器(11)の内部室から圧力放出配管 (10)への貫流を通常は遮断し、b)弁体(8)がその閉鎖位置において磁界 温度に関係して釈放される係留部(16、35)によって保持されている、こと を特徴とする原子炉圧力容器の過圧事故に対する安全装置。 2.弁体(8)がその閉鎖位置においてこの弁体(8)にきつく作用する力伝達 素子(13)によってその弁座(17)に押圧保持され、この力伝達素子(13 )が力作用点から圧力容器(11)の内部に組物(15)まで延び、その個所に 、例えば約700℃の限界温度の場合に力伝達素子(13)を自由にするためお よび弁体(8)をその弁座から差圧にもとづいて持ち上げるために釈放できる温 度依存形係留部(16、35)によって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の安全装置。 3.力伝達素子(13)は、一端(13.1)が弁閉鎖ばね(12)の対向支持 体(14)を介して弁体(8)に連結され、他端(13.2)が温度依存形係留 部(16、35)によって固定されている引張り要素として作られ、温度依存形 係止装置(16、35)が限界温度に達した際に引張り要素(13)の軸方向変 位を許すことを特徴とする請求項2記載の安全装置。 4.力伝達素子(13)が限界温度に達した際に溶融するろう付け係留部(16 )で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の安全装置。 5.引張り要素(13)の他端が圧力容器の組物に熱伝達接触しこれに固定され た金属棒(35)に抗張力的に固く結合され、この金属棒によって係留され、こ の金属棒(35)の線膨張係数が大きく好適には引張り要素(13)のそれより も大きく、金属棒およびそれと共に引張り要素(13)が、限界温度に達した際 に弁体(8)が開くような長さの増大を生ずることを特徴とする請求項3記載の 安全装置。 6.圧力放出弁(4)が圧力容器(11)の蓋接続短管(2)にフランジ結合さ れていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の1つに記載の安全装置。 7.引張り要素(13)がタイロッドとして形成されていることを特徴とする請 求項3ないし6の1つに記載の安全装置。 8.力伝達素子(13)が圧力容器(11)の内部に、圧力容器蓋(1)を分解 する前に力伝達素子(13)の少なくとも一つの部片を切り離して引き抜くこと を可能にする釈放可能な継手(19、21;39)を備えていることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし7の1つに記載の安全装置。 9.力伝達素子(13)がその温度依存形係留部で圧力容器(11)の上側格子 板(15)に固定され、釈放可能な継手あるいは鎖錠装置例えばバヨネット鎖錠 装置(19a、22、23)によって少なくともその外側部分ないし上側部分が 、圧力放出弁(4)が開いた場合に上から釈放および分解されることを特徴とす る請求項8記載の安全装置。 10.圧力放出弁(4)の弁体(8)が上流方向に細くなっている弁円錐体であ り、この弁円錐体が力伝達素子(13)によって対応して円錐状に形成された弁 座(17)に向けて且つ差圧から生ずる力に抗して気密に保持されていることを 特徴とする請求項1ないし9の1つに記載の安全装置。 11.弁体(8)の弁軸(8a)が閉塞ブッシュ(26)の中に密封して滑り可 能に案内され、閉塞ブッシュ(26)の圧力容器(11)の側に圧力放出配管( 10)に連通し弁座を境界づける溢流室(9)が存在し、閉塞ブッシュ(26) の反対側において弁閉鎖ばね(12)が弁室(28)の中に収容されていること を特徴とする請求項1ないし10の1つに記載の安全装置。 12.弁軸(8a)が力伝達素子(13)で中央を滑り可能に貫通され弁室(2 8)の中に突出し、弁軸(8a)が閉塞ブッシュ(26)の弁体(8)と反対側 において弁室(28)を境界づける耐圧カプセルの形に広げられているかそのよ うなカプセル(29)に結合され、このカプセル(29)の中に弁閉鎖ばね(1 2)が存在し、一端がカプセル底(29.1)に接触支持され、他端が力伝達素 子(13)の自由端(13.1)で形成または支持されている対向支持体(14 )に接触支持されていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の安全装置。 13.圧力放出弁(4)および蓋接続短管(2)を相応して小さな横断面寸法に して、圧力放出配管(10)が別個のブロー弁に対する制御配管として形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12の1つに記載の安全装置。 14.釈放可能な継手がねじ継手(39)であることを特徴とする請求項8また は9記載の安全装置。
